We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe cleanliness was below average .Bed-sheet was not clean enough . Water taps were having many water marks - seem to be not cleaned after the checkout of the previous guest . Kettle for making tea was broken . And all these were in a Premium room . Big time mess up was with breakfast. I booked the package with breakfast included . They said it will be served at 8 and then kelp on delaying . Finally it was served at 8.40 am and I got delayed for my meeting . Won’t recommend Fab hotel .

IndiaReally unhygienic, basic cleanliness of bathroom and WC was not there!! Found cockroaches in the rooms! There were so many flies around the WC also found used tissues in buckets! Had the worst experience !! Not recommended.

IndiaThe staff was pathetic the room had so many cockroaches we literally had to shift to another room which was a premium room and they had the audacity to ask us more money for the same. In the morning just 30mins before the checkout my husband came to pick me up the receptionist said to him who gave you the permission to go up, when infact he came infornt of him up, and which hotel does not allow visitors? Absolutely bad hotel, worst experience

IndiaThere were cockroaches in the room! Bathroom was filthy with broken washbasin, tiles, faucet and taps. Bad mouldy smell in room. Booking.com should blacklist this hotel. Bedsheets were stained and dirty. The staff was unpresentable, lousy and non- responsive. There is no kitchen in the hotel!!
