Hotel lobby—5 stars. Our room—1 star. Room was very old and also the bathroom, both need renovation. No windows. Staff were helpful. Location is ok. Ubber service works ok.

The place was value for money - big, clean rooms and good location. Excellent for people who want a central, clean room to stay for the night (at an affordable price) after a long day of exploring the city.

Front of house staff were friendly but did not explain code needed for wi fi and no information in room. Although the room had a phone I could not get it to work and so used my mobile to call the staff to get the code. Also could not get TV to play any programs and no instructions in room. Breakfast was very good and staff in the breakfast area had more customer relations understanding than the staff on reception. However, hotel was clean, modern and good value for money.

It was all very good. We didn’t have a window to the outside. Ours looked into the atrium but I think that might have been quieter. Nice restaurant and bar.

When we checked in, Refrigerator is not there. When we asked for extra bad, it is full of dust and not cleaned. WIFI is disaster and can be improved for international guests like us, who needs WIFI at all point of time.

Size of Rooms, Breakfast , location etc. Most important is quality of hotel staff, they are too good, nice and polite. Mr. Neeraj has helped us a lot during our stay. Great guy and understand guest's requirements.

The entrance to the hotel is narrow from the busy street outside.

Hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff in the reception and in all other areas were very helpful. I was pleased that I got early checked in. Food in the restaurant was very tasty and plenty of choices.

Buffet dinner for guests is limited to vegetarian. Sticky floors in the room. No hot water at times. Lobby looks fantastic. Rooms and outside passages not so much. We left early in the morning and were given nice boxes with sandwiches to take away for breakfast.

Room had signs of being.worn out. Water would leak outside of the shower when showering, wetting the bathroom.floor. TV would not completely turn off at night.

Although we'd requested on the site, no extra bed was made up for the kids. We only had two towels despite four of us staying in the room. I was woken up at 7am by a member of staff asking for the ironing board back (no apology and I hadn't used the iron or board?) TV not functioning, no external windows. Just a view into the reception foyer.

Good breakfast with a nice selection of options. Room was a decent size and when asked, they set up a bed for the kids without too much of a wait. Beds were comfy and the Aircon/heating was good.

Nothing in particular. The only blip we experienced for our stay was the check out process - there were three of us waiting to check out with one person at the desk. It was also quite clunky including a request to complete a paper feedback form.

WiFi is not consistent and not very fast. The TV would not connect to my phone. Also no streaming services on the TV. It has Sky, but limited channels and almost no English channels. A little bit noisy from other rooms above and adjacent. Gym is well equipped, but a bit run down. Seems like there are renovations being done, which was no issue - it seems like those are really necessary. Despite having a great shower, the hot water is not hot enough in shower. Coffee and milk in room is not good.

The junior suite is massive. You could probably sleep 4 people comfortably. Nice shower! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Drivers are excellent - safe, reliable and very knowledgeable. The laundry service is great. The location is pretty good. It is a little hidden with access control from the street, so it feels very safe and quiet. Delicious breakfast and a good bar.
