We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RussiaI had a great experience here. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood has controlled access, so there’s very little traffic – it feels very secure, calm, and pleasant. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and food delivery is super fast. You can also ask to have fresh vegetarian meals prepared on-site – absolutely delicious and homemade-style! The staff were amazing – very kind, attentive, and always ready to help. They really made me feel welcome and cared for.

IndiaHouse, not a hotel - you will be given one bedroom which has a common hall. No car parking facility Since it's a house, it's not noise proof and anyone talking or watching tv in the common area is a problem Upper ground floor with narrow stairs - no lift or assistant help to carry luggage upstairs The house has two attendants who are supposed to take care of property These is no proper board or signage of the hotel name anywhere as it's a private property. The house assistants are not trained in hotel management or proper room service etiquette. The rooms are pretty basic with zero ventilation.

IndiaAt times, the route could be confusing but if you type correct you can reach at the correct destination.
I had an amazing experience here! The area is so posh, and the homemade food was incredibly tasty. You can really tell the place is well taken care of – the staff does a great job maintaining everything. Plus, it’s super close to M Block Market in GK1, which is a big plus. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Delhi!
