Food can be improved. When you charge like a 3 star hotel and say tea & coffee are the only beverages available, that is something that needs to seriously looked into. There is no driver's accommodation provided. When you are in the middle of nowhere, providing this is very crucial. Finally the path to resort... that has to be taken care of..

You get to spend time close to nature, as the resort itself is in the midst of tea plantation. Service was also good

1. Wifi connection and speed need to be improved. Better to have centralized wifi connection and have extender router for better coverage inside whole resort. Guests shouldn't be always asks for wifi uid/pwd if given during check-in itself 2. Inter-com not working during generator running is not good. Please work on this, easy to fix this problem 3. Last 1km road leading to Resort is very bad and dangerous. Please fix this rather than saying "Bad Road leads to Beautiful places". I am sure 'good road will give best experience' in your resort.

1. Resort location is fantastic 2. Facilities are good specifically view points created inside resort 3. Food is not very costly and good staff to accommodate small requests 4. Trekking to Tea garden from resort is very good

They have charged me 2300 from Kothagiri to Ooty by saying some lies that the road is blocked and we need to go to wellington and all and they have taken me in 1 hour only. I have called then for this they said it’s 1800 and then they charged 2300 and it was outside city and no one was there to help so we have to pay 2300

The restaurant facility and services is in need of serious upgrading. Poor options, run more like a canteen mess rather than a 3 star hotel restaurant. For the level of room rates it is extremely wanting

Lovely property, at a remote location . Well appointed and spacious rooms with a balcony with a view. . approach road for at least 1 km is kutcha road and steep

. Though we had booked an additional bed for a school student they did not provide a bed or any additional toiletries and services for the extra person. And she came at the evening and left back to school in the morning but they charged us 1500+/- And for 1hr late check-out they charge 1700+/- The manager's attitude is really not good . Except Sunday no good food. If you are on a working holiday then wifi is not stable here.

The resort is good but as it is located at top of a hill, so the road leading to it very steep but take staff help to proper navigate otherwise Google map will show too much internal roads.

Everything was awesome. The resort is located at the top of a hill and the view from the room was awesome. The breakfast option were limited but the food was good and felt like home cooked. They have toda Hut and Trekking which is a definitely to do activity in morning. If you get lucky, you may spot bison.
