our room was directly opposite to the reception so WE could hear staff talk in our room - not ideal if you are a light sleeper

the location is just perfect! waking up looking at the sea and getting breakfast on the rooftop is the perfect way to start your day in Mumbai! we really enjoyed our stay, the room was very comfortable

A boutique hotel with a great location, beautiful roof top cafe, and well maintained. Easy access to Gateway of India, Colaba Causwaybay market, Kala Ghoda, Taj - in short all the sites in south Bombay. For one night, we got a sea view room with a balcony - that’s amazing!

Booked a twin room (separate beds)prior warning that none were available would have been good prior to payment. Pull out bed inadequate for an adult .

Beware the ear cleaning touts on the road outside. No other issues with the hotel nor its location.

The hotel is well located close to the Gateway of India monument and also to the old city full of grand buildings. Had a great room located near the back of the hotel, quite. Restaurant provides a good menu and many different foods. Note that the hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building and the restaurant is on the roof.

This hotel is in a great location near the Gateway of India. Staff were so helpful. The bed was comfy. The rooftop restaurant has great food and a nice view too. I'd stay here again.

The men in the restaurant on the terrace didn't tell us there was more for breakfast than what we could see, or offer a menu or speak to us, They did not care a jot. We saw what they were doing for indian guests and asked for it on other days. So that could definitely be improved. The room was spacious and had been quite up market at some stage, though it is now tired. The real turn off was the black mold in the shower areas.. in both rooms we had. Clearly the young men on the staff have no idea how to clean properly spray on chemicals remove this now... there is no excuse. The receptionists and crew were all lovely and helpful.

Lovely room with a harbour view, very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Located right near the Gateway of India, it is central to everything that Colaba has to offer. Breakfast was delicious, in particular the masala omelettes with cheese. The hotel is clean and tidy and all staff were very helpful and accommodating. Recommended.

The double bed was two singles combined to one, so in the middle there was a space, also the mattress maybe too old it caused a back pain. The food was so standart and looks not so fresh, the restaurant also not clean.

Food in the room comes from Bay Cafe which is overpriced. The bathroom had no vent or exhaust fan. The adjacent rooms are so close that I could hear ppl talking to each other. The facade needs paint!!!

Location is fantastic. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Room was neat and very comfortable. Lighting was muted n classy! Bay View Cafe on terrace for dinners had a wonderful view and sea breeze, making my late night dinner memorable.

Well located for all the sights of Colaba, air con and a ceiling fan, water provided. Staff looked after my bag and printed some bits for me. Nice roof bar and restaurant.

The entrance was a little strange as it appeared that you were entering a different hotel (Harbour View is on the third floor accessible by a lift). Breakfast was okay but personally I felt like there could have been more choices if you didn't want the hot food that was on offer

Great location by the harbour near to The Gateway of India. Fantastic rooftop bar/restaurant with wonderful views. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others
