One of the excellent stay at my delhi since past 20 years. So comfortable and safe . And access to all near by shopping. From here you can go anywhere to the corners of delhi and rest of the india.entire team focussing on hospitality and comfort of the guest. I surprised whether I am staying at delhi hotel. All staff are polite and helpful with smileful service. Especial hatsoff to reception Vikki and house keeping boy Dinesh.... looking forward to stay again

Great place to stay in Delhi. Relatively clean and quiet and the air conditioning allowed us to survive the 112 degree temperatures there.

The people that work at the hotel are incredibly kind
The staff is very nice. The upstairs kitchen breakfast area is pretty sad but you can get boiled eggs and instant coffee, this is an Indian hotel. It is what it is, no roaches. Clean enough hot water and Wi-Fi so it isn’t that bad. It just is a little bit noisy and dingy.

Room was quite small as we asked for a twin and noisy at times as it was at the front of the property

See above re restaurant but generally if it’s what you want then it’s a good choice.
If you know main bazaar and still actually want to be on main bazaar, then this is best choice in the £ 25 a night bracket. Clean, friendly traveller place in a good spot that’s close to both metros. Most services run from hotel are very good - travel agent, cafe etc but restaurant was dark and dingy when I was there but expect it will get improved soon.

Initially we got a poor room, and after speaking with Staff they were kind of enough to understand the concern and moved us to 3rd floor with modern facilities and better arrangements.
The location is very good, it is noisy but you would like it once you start visiting the shops nearby ! for those who want to do local shopping, its a perfect place.

The matress, sheets and towels are very worn out; could use a change. The staff at the restaurant were not paying much attention to cleaning the tables and some were coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths. The hotel is located in a very busy street (day and night); unless you get a room in inner sections of the building, the noise is too loud.
Good size hotel with multiple services and a nice restaurant. My room was comfortable and had everything necessary for a short stay. Safe location.

Some parts of the hotel can be a little noisy but they can find you a quiet room if you need one.
Nice thick comfy mattress. Nice staff. If there's a problem they do their best to sort it out.

Lift needs maintenance, its kinda scary. Lighting on corridor was a bit gloomy.
The lobby was quite wide, there was travel tour desk and gelato shop. Reception was always busy because this hotel was travelers favorite. Location is in the heart of main bazaar paharganj. Room was okay even though it is small. Hot water works.
