We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

VietnamBathroom amenities are very old, should replace. I think it dated from 2 decades. It’s really dirty. The hotel only gave 1 towel for 2 guests. I have to use my own towel. No shampoo, bath gel,… Too many staffs but they prepare breakfast very slow. I only ordered sandwiches and lassi. Lassi is very good

NorwayLocation was outside was not clean, beggars and hard dirt road. This is how many places are in Delhi unless you want to pay about 4 x the price. So for the price this is an great stay.
Hotel was great for the price. Hot water and AC working well. Hot water is a + for Delhi. If you have any problem with anything they are happy to accommodate you. Friendly and great staff.

Staff very helpful. Loved exchange in lobby and being able to get Indian sim card. Location superb. Food was good quality. I had requested twin beds but on arrival we got a double bed - this was quickly rectified. A sign of good customer service.
