Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I would like to thanks for stuff they're really friendly even those guys with a little bit of english was great Room was clean, hostel located in safe area. Only issue there is always guests who doesn't follow common hostels rules,stuff should be more strict with them

The breakfast is very confusing.
The stay was convenient, well located and some of the staff were very warm and welcoming.

On weekends it's a little overpriced for a hostel. Common area on a lower floor used to be more spacious before the pool table was installed there, TV was removed
Cosy place with a small terrace on the roof, good atmosphere. Staff is polite and they speak english well. Hostel also has a kitchen. Location is good, metro station is just two minutes away by walking. Area is clean by Delhi standards, though cafes located nearby are not cheap. Quite busy, usually almost full, but if you prefer many people around, that's fine

Only thing was the blankets, dont think it was washed as i saw stains and i didnt see staff them changing.
I liked almost everything! Vibe was great for backpackers, nice rooftop, clean inside, good toilets, nice ppl staying there :)

Staff is too young and complimentary breakfast went down in quality everyday. But else they cook good food and are prompt. And staff is nice.
Hide in is very walking distance from metro. There is a park nearby which is very nice. Overall property has very good vibe and is well maintained. I loved the rooftop. One of the hostels to give complimentary breakfast. The front desk is very receptive to feedback, robin is doing good work.

Nothing special. It would be better to notify guests and visitors regarding the guard post to find ways for the dormitory after 10 pm.
The domritory was in Saket which is close to the Saket market. The faciluty has the common lounge to meet new people and share talks. The bed was realtively comfortable with clean blankets which is one of the most important factors of selecting the hostel. After 10 pm the front and back door will be closed for the safety of colony and local residents.

The staff is friendly but communication is challenging because they don’t speak English. So they do not give any instructions about check-in, breakfast and everything. Sometimes we need to count on help from the other guests who speak both languages. It’s in a restricted area surrounded by gates. The other day I arrived and the gates were closed. I didn’t know there was another gate to enter because no one explained it to me. I had to walk around and look for it. It was already 10 pm

Water supply is a big issue at this hostel, the day i checked in got to know there is no water as they have limited water tanker supply. Hence I was not able to get fresh and take shower as I was suppose to go out. I felt really really bad like anything and yes frustrated too as they didn’t say while the time of checkin, they informed me after 30 mins that there is no water in washroom, I felt like cheated hope you understand this.
Location wise excellent, dorms are good, washroom is good.

AC in the room could have been set a little colder because it got a bit hot on the bed away from the AC.
Comfortable Stay, Easily accessible location, lots of food options nearby, cozy and safe environment, easy to find building, clean beds and common area, clean washrooms.

You get fleece blankets that I am not sure they wash a lot, would be great if you just got a sheet to cover yourself with. The hostel vibes are quite absent.
Location is conveniently close to the metro, and is in a gated community which feels safe. Facilities are basic but more than enough.

There was nothing much to dislike, i guess. Also my stay was also short.
Overall friendliness of staff and degree of freedom in the way you want to stay and utilise yourself. Staff was great, location-> Perfect and overall experience was more than expected.

just a suggestion-place a 2-3 clip hanger on the wall of each bed.It would be useful for the guests and more importantly the bed would look tidy.
The stay was super comfy.After renovation this place looks much better. Value for money,great location. staff is equally supportive and helpful.

Water pressure in the shower was weak and the heater didn't seem to work. Hostel is on the third floor of a building that doesn't have a lift. Not the biggest deal but something to be aware of.
Good location just 5 minutes walk from Metro in a safe gated section. Great food freshly served. Nice rooftop common area. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean.

The reception is on the third floor of the building, but there is no lift in the building. While it is okay to climb, it gets very difficult to climb with luggage.
Spacious room. The facilities were clean. Good access to public transport. Safe neighborhood.

Washrooms.
Food is good. rooftop is okay. Dorms are fine. Washrooms needs better maintenance. People using it didn't care to flush even. Also, the bunk beds noise and shake a bit when you toss while sleeping. It's okay for one or two day stay. That's it. Location is best. It has good hangout spots nearby at walking distance. Easily accessible via saket metro station, just 5 mins away.
