Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaIt wasn't a soundproof room as the description said. Nearby construction and chitter chatter was prevalent. Room was not as spacious as was shown in the photos. Not worth the money paid.

IndiaNoisy construction all around , no lift, substandard cleaning, zero housekeeping, not suitable for long private stay even though they have 5 private rooms, very dirty corridor and stairs.
Close to pvr market for quick fast food. Good for short stay as options quite less around

IsraelI’d advise foreigners to stay away from this hostel. I’ve stayed at over 100 hostels and guesthouses in my travels and this was by far the most disappointing and frustrating stay. I felt extremely unwelcome from the first moment. Staff was half ignoring me at all times. I checked in at evening and my bed was dirty. I had to wait over 1.5 hours for food before giving up and cancelling my order (they kept saying it will be ready within 30 minutes). Basic dorm rules were not respected whatsoever by other guests and staff doesn’t enforce anything. For example: turning on light and being super loud after 23:00, smoking in the room, opening my bed curtains (!!!). On top of that, there is only one shower/toilet for the whole floor and at all times it’s either occupied or at the moment I get inside - people start nonstop knocking on my door. Overall, extremely unpleasant stay and I’ve never felt this unwelcome before. Some of the issues may arise from cultural differences, but I’ve stayed in plenty of other hostels and guest-houses in India to say that this experience was beyond unacceptable. Of course it is just my personal experience, sorry to give such a bad review, but it left too strong of an impact on me to not share it.
nice neighborhood

IndiaThe lift did not work and it was a hassle taking one's luggage up the many flights of stairs. The AC was turned off even in the common areas during the day - this was a hassle since the weather was unbearably hot. Similarly, the cooler on the terrace was not working during my stay. There were no ashtrays around, so the balconies and the pots in the balconies ended up bearing the brunt of the smoking habits of people.
The best point about this property is its location - it is roughly 200m or so from the Saket metro station and about 10 minutes walk from the Saket market. Food was manageable by ordering in from Swiggy. The common areas were reasonably comfortable. The women's dorm was a good-sized room. The bathroom was also decent, with a massive mirror on one wall. There was even a tiny balcony where it was possible to do laundry. There was one massive cupboard where it was possible to temporarily store one's clothes during the stay. The neighbourhood was good. Pretty quiet at all times.

IndiaThe place is actually a flat convreted into a hostel, it has only two washrooms in total that too on 3rd floor which is not adequate to handle so many people, the bedsheets are not replaced properly, there is no dinning space to eat food, the ACs filters are not cleaned, and the place needs more staff to manage things properly, the water is also not available for almost half a day

India1- Only one washroom on one floor for more than 20-30 people. Most of the time it was occupied and I had to wait every time I went there 2- There was only one AC in one big dorm that wasn't sufficient for cooling. I was sweating at night 3- The kitchen wasn't fully functional and some options weren't available in the menu given
1- Location that is at a walkable distance from Saket Metro 2- Supportive staff and they were accommodating any requests that I had 3- Price per night is reasonable

IndiaNo lift as the room was on the third floor. They mentioned breakfast for Rs 130 and lunch & dinner for Rs 170 in the Booking.com app. Completely misleading information as no room service. It took 45 minutes for a cup of tea. No intercom in the room as well. The TV was not working. This was a worst stay of my life in any hotel.
The room was big. The location is good near Saket metro and PVR.
