United StatesThe only thing I didin't like was the humidity in my room. There was a large glass window between the tub and the room which had some sort of plastic curtain. In the morning, I realized that the plastic curtain had black spots on it. I'm not sure if that was mold but it looked like it.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were extremely helpful at all times. They kept our luggage for a few hours after we checked out and printed out our boarding passes for us. The room was clean and the internet worked!! which is hit or miss here in india.

IndiaOnly North Indian food was not up to the mark. You really need to hire a good chef especially for North Indian food. Rest everything was okay. Housekeeping incharge did not give us bath salt and said his shift assistant to say no to guest.
We loved the staff. Restaurant manager Suman Ji made our stay excellent and superb. He was so welcoming, so helpful, amazing person. He made our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. Suman Ji was really good.

IndiaOnly two flaws I wish there was someone at the entry point to pick up the luggage immediately and second on the last day of my stay I found that the concierge was absent minded as I had to bring my own luggage down to the reception. Please see with your shower system too as it is kinda intimidating and kinda complicated too.
Location was really good as it was in the city centre with a good view of the city from my room, The check in was awesome, The staff was so courteous and helpful too. Food was excellent and yum, Room was good and the amenities were good too. Everybody just made my stay more comfortable and pleasant too A special mention to a few people who just made my trip to Jaipur memorable Jaiveer from the front desk. Shahnawaz from Aurum who was super sweet and always made my dinner experience really good by suggesting me what to eat and just making my dinner experience more nice The in house chef Rajesh Singh who was so humble and down to earth, took care of my food needs and my demands too. Thank you so much for the hash browns on my last day. They were really done as per my taste. Loved the aloo ka paratha too as it had the perfect spiciness and the right amount of aloo into it. A special thank you to Rahul and few other people whose name I don’t remember The entire staff at aurum who were super super sweet and just served me with a smile and always helpful in suggesting me what to try. Thank you so much for the upgrade too which was done immediately without any hassle

The top rooftop restaurant had a dress code which I think was unnecessary as you had to wear trousers yet on a hot day foreigners just wanting to relax and have a beer may prefer to wear shorts. The breakfast restaurant would often not deliver tour cooked food all at once. ie by the time you have eaten your bacon and eggs they would then give you the hash browns. I think there is a lack of understanding of how foreigners like their food prepared. Apart from that, the Hilton was a reasonably good and safe place to stay.

FranceThe smell in the room : a strong smell of old wood. I did not like it at all. Too bad cause it is so easy to put a room fragrance. And If there were some details to be added : - not hot water in the shower so I showered in the bath tube 😀. which was also nice - no big size for the slippers
The hotel is amazingly beautiful, from the reception and the lobby to the corridors. Restaurant is wonderful. I recommend the buffet for diner and of course the breakfast 👍 The staff is fantastic., very professional and dedicated. The room was very clean and super comfortable. I specially loved the matress and the pillows 😀👌
