The cleanliness was exquisite and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The dinner and breakfast buffet are delicious with great variety and also host nice music performances.

There was little mix up on first day and we were bluntly told that we are not allowed in lounge and it was bit insulting though we weee “politely” denied. it was later sorted but same was repeated next day and lounge was strictly accessible after 6 pm while we were informed we can go anytime before happy hours for light snacks and tea coffee but that was not the case. Also, while booking I was told a room with the view will be assigned but last moment they changed my room and gave me rooms on different floor which was bit inconvenient. This is i think wedding hotel 'coz literally each of our 4 days stays , there were marriage or birthday party compromising some of the facility and crowded lobby and restaurants.

Breakfast was really good with many options and live stations providing fresh and hot Indian foods. Though it’s dominantly Indian food it also had some options like eggs and French breads with cereals and fresh fruits. lunch and dinner - fairly good and we were given discount else would have find that expensive. Room cleaning was up to the mark and laundry was not so expensive. Executive lounge - has many food options veg and non veg . I found some of the lounge staff very friendly and offering while some were not.

Podium is congested. Breakfast spread is decent but quality is OK. Staff at breakfast service failed all three days I was there.

I like the way, their staff welcomed every guests. The staff is very polite especially, Gayatri and Shah nawaz were the best.. I love the service.. Rooms were very clean.. The food was very delicious and there were lots of option in all the meals. Swimming pool was bit small as compared to others but it was very clean and nicely maintained, also the timings of the pool was very flexible.. I mean till 10 p.m. it was awesome.. ❣️

Stayed at Hilton Jaipur for a night, but it was definitely above expectations - 1. Staff - Very helpful, supportive and prompt. I hurt myself during the stay, and the medical team was very prompt. 2. Food - Breakfast spread was elaborate with great options with excellent service. Their new rooftop bar was great with superb cocktails and tapas, which tasted great. 3. Room - Beds were comfortable, room had all the amenities. Enjoyed the bathtub thoroughly, and the tea selection was also great. 4. Location - This was the USP. Very close to the city centre - to all the good places to shop, eat, sightseeing. It was perfect. I'll definitely stay here when I revisit Jaipur :)

The location. Decentered from the main city. No good restaurants around. The hotel itself has restaurant though
