Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaPretty bad for a Hilton, the staff and the room service was terrible. Multiple calls just to get water. Waited for 30 mins to get a bag and they didn't even send that to the room. To be honest, one of the worst hotels I've stayed at for sure.

IndiaThe upfront payment request and pressure to add breakfast at check-in were inconvenient and felt like unnecessary upselling. The cleanliness of the rooms and the timeliness of room service were disappointing. Assistance with luggage and availability of essential room information could have significantly improved the experience.
The hotel staff was prompt in addressing our request to change rooms. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the property has the potential to offer a great experience with some improvements.

United StatesInadequate gym equipments,no dedicated personal employed for swimming pool especially when children were swimming. Also the insensitivity shown towards connecting the electric cables near to the swimming pool for an adjacent marrige event, a wrong splash of water over the loose cable could’ve electrocuted all inside the pool.
The welcome desk personals need to be more polite & sophisticated for 5 star standards.Also the wallet & travel desk needs to have more personals .

IndiaThe rooms were small and a bit worn out. No amenities in the bathroom like toothbrush etc. Just the basics. The red flag was the pillows that had a distinctive odour of sweat . Was only staying for a night. Won’t stay there again.

IndiaTwo issues 1) water draining was not good and I could not use the bathtub. Water was leaking from the drain and water was all over the bathroom. My family could not use the bathtub because of it. 2)I initially registered for 4 pax stay, and requested extra bed. However all the facility was set for 2 persons and extra bed was not prepared. I asked several times to prepare and it took some time finally got all of the amenities and extra bed.

IndiaWorkforce behaviour . Everyone seems to be going through the motions and have an unwelcoming attitude . The reservation manager was unavailable to pick the call on all occasions . No call back arranged from the reception .unnecessary delays at the vallet . Small glitches can be ignored of the staff is apologetic, owe’s it up. But brushing it under the carpet doesn’t suit a property carriyimg an international name of repute.
Location is good and cleanliness is decent .. but the cost they are charging, more should be offered

MauritiusWe tried the spa facilities and went for a massage. However it was very average and not worth the price. The sauna/hammam was not working as well.
The staff was very helpful and helped us organise for a car to visit the city. We were given a late check out till 3pm since our flight was at 6pm, which was very nice of them. We tried both restaurants at the hotel and they were both equally good. The food was very tasty. The room was spacious and luxurious too. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower which was very nice. The hotel’s location is quite central as well, 10mins away by car to the main touristic attractions such as the Hawa Mahal.
