I seriously love this tantraloka..it's feels like temple..so much positive energy..owner sonam is amazing person. Beach is 500 meters away. Alcohol and smoke are prohibited. They have veg cafe services delicious food.

Literally blessed to have found this place. Amazing people, daily yoga sessions and kirtans, with an amazing lounge which has soothing mantras playing throughout the day. You are bound to meet seekers and spiritual people during your stay. Sonam is nothing short of etheric and makes you feel at home. The poor reviews have been given by an illegal lodger who had to be kicked out. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Arambol.

entering the property you hear beautiful mantras and you are welcomed by the scent of incense..The property is a short walk to the beach and feels more like a homestay than a hostel. Both Sonam and Aayush are so welcoming, helpful and lovely. The facilities are clean and cozy, everything in beautiful warm light. There are Yoga sessions in the Shala, Kirtans, Talks etc. A cafe is being built right now and I cannot wait to see it next time! There is one bad review from Edward on here that’s absolutely false, and was due to a personal issue from his side. I feel happy, safe, and blessed to be in this beautiful space facilitated by these gorgeous souls. 🙏🏼🌙 a safe haven in Arambol.

super nice retreat center with daily yoga schedule in and 10 min walk to the beach. the owners treat you like family and I had amazing time there. especially the last reviews of 1 and 4 stars are from a guy who tried to illegally stay and got kicked out from the center.

I would revisit Tantra Lok for the sheer joy of participating in the kirtans organised every Friday. The friendly Rottweiler Maya was the cherry on top.

Unfortunately I could not find the value expressed in many other reviews. The room was very basic (totally fine), lacked toilet paper (not so fine, imagine you need tissues bc you have a cold), and cleaning was definitely not a priority (the trash bag was already half filled upon my arrival). Also, there was no light in the toilet. I am very flexible in terms of minimal living, so my stay was trouble-free; however, it is fair to say that the accomodation has some work to do to live up to (review-based) expectations. PS: The insects coming in the room were unbearable. Plenty of bed bugs too. Perhaps offer some mosquito spray or install a net? This aspect really nothered me and made me feel like the place was not being taken care of as much as it should.

Great location! I have only met one of the owners, and he was helpful in terms of restaurant recs as well as city connections via public transport.

Well the staff was so polite and helpful. Big Shout out to hosts Alisha and Ten Zhing, amazing people! Clean place, full of positive vibes and the food too was very tasty. I'll be back staying there.

First of all this is not a hostel at all, it looks like a temple. Everywhere there are idols and religious stuff. So you need to be very careful about that. Also you can’t smoke or drink in the premises. There’s a designated table at the exit gate for smoking. Also there’s no electricity supply in the hostel because of some technical issues and low quality equipment used in the room. Electricity comes n go just by pressing the fan switch at your bad. Theres A chance of short circuit as well. Also if there’s no electricity forget about the Internet and wifi. I slept in the common area and checked out in the morning. Not sure about food and all , they told me that its a vegetarian place.

Price is really cheap and its a nice property according to the cost.
