Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very responsive whenever I needed anything. Room service was prompt and efficient, which made the stay even more pleasant, the only issue I had was the size of the bathroom, which was very small. I had an early flight, and the hotel was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in without any issue, which was a huge plus. The overall experience was solid and met my expectations. I’d definitely consider staying here again for its convenience and quality service.

Only thing was the air con would putt out sometimes and the phone line to reception was bad.
All the workers were so friendly and always available and willing to help. Having the gym, restaurant and swimming pool handy was nice and the cooked breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Like many things travelling India the devil is in the detail and silly small things could easily and cheaply be put right like runners missing on the window blinds are unattended too until one complains
I was in Mumbai for dental surgery and this Private Members Fitness Club with decent rooms was nearby my dentist for pick ups and drop off It all worked out well this place is all around good value for the money and has a very decent popular restaurant on 2nd floor

There was constant construction works happening outside of room from the time we checked in at 1pm until 8.30pm in the evening. We couldn't get any rest or sleep during this time. We were provided with two bath towels but no bath mats, and as the shower is located in between the sink and the toilet, the entire floor ended up being slippery and wet.
Location was alright.

Cars can't reach to reception. Need to walk or carry luggage almost 100mtrs. Also the room door lock was damaged.

Stairs on all three floors was smelling very bad like of non veg food n drinks.Also mattresses of 305 n 401 were very uncomfortable

Not enough toilet paper and when I asked for more was given half used roll. Plates of half eaten food left on stairs for prolonged periods (?leftovers from other people’s room service) Room wasn’t available until just after check in time Pool is a fairly hardcore affair with mandatory swim hats - if you want somewhere for children to have a splash about, this isn’t a pool for you

It is not clean the washroom were not high level clean,the washroom door’s knob was broken which was not repaired and my room was not changed because there was no vacancy.Rest property was good.

The hotel is a public club where the swimming pool and the gym are all very crowded and hotel guests can't go. The lobby is also fully crowded and there is no place to sit
The hotel is located at the best place to go to west Mumbai. Buffet breakfast is not available, but on request they provide limited dishes. Room are very nicely furnished and clean

The staff isn’t that comforting or hospitable. Hospitality needs to be looked upon. They also expect you to check out early.
The rooms are quite big and spacious. Cleanliness was well maintained, and facilities like pool and gym are also included in the stay.

Lobby could be better as it was difficult to wait for our room in hot weather.Supportive staff was less in number.Resturant was not upto the mark specially in day time.Took too long to serve specially in breads only tawa roti was available which was not edible at all.
