Nothing much not to like. Its a good resort. We have visited it 2 times already

It's a great resort to stay in and spend a couple of lazy days. Great food, lots of things to do inside the resort and great staff.

Some rooms are old and need renovation, like room 503. We had to ask for change of room.

The rooms were not as per expectation. Very old and low quality mattress. Bathroom was not clean and was outdated. Rooms were not worth the room price quoted. Swimming pool was extremely cold and was indoor. Expecting is that if it’s indoor it should at least be heated.

The staff was extremely nice and the facilities for kids indoor and outdoor games were nicely done.

Hotel is liittle far off from main tourist attractions, however hotel itself have good facility and one can spend time nicely. Hotel staff and food is fine - with the category of the restaurant the same fulfil our expectation.

Nothing, everything was perfect and pleasant for a good chilled out stay

Everything was right ! From the time of checkin to checkout, we were wowed by the staff @ Front office + Restaurant service + House Keeping and what not. Its a superb place to chill within the property and also to travel to nearby sightseeing Waterfalls, zip line activity & the tallest Peak in Karnataka as well the famous Kemmanugundi and coffee estates. Close to Chickmagalur town, about 30 mins drive only. Well Done Honeydewwz, keep it up

Wi-Fi could have been much better, the rooftops kept making noise to due wind. Something can be fixed there.

Some features like washrooms and faucets need a newer look. They still look old although cleanliness was never an issue.

This property is very accessible. Basic activities are present which will help us have a good time within the resort. Food options were quite good! Overall good value for money

View from the room was excellent! We stayed in Bourbon Deluxe room. Breakfast spread was good too.. Lunch and dinner menu is limited but, it's okay.. they cover all course of the meal. Pool and activities are great too..

Room spaces and Temperature controlled swimming pool was not working. Rest Room's for drivers were very bad. Food for drivers not good.

The water was only warm in the two rooms, not hot. No universal power outlets or adaptors available in the room - only standard Indian socket outlets. The water pressure was quite high with the toilet hose. WiFi was weak in room.

Food was very good. The whole family enjoyed the diverse breakfast. The views around the property were stunning. Service was very good. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. A playground for children. Backup power on site.

Staff was very cordial. Sujith Kumar, front office assistant has gone miles ahead to trace and send us the items left out even after 3 days after checkout. Very helpful staff and a great place spend your vocational.

Even though the children's park was big , it was not clean. Not ideal for kids. Too much dust because of the ground. Swimming pool was excellent and big, but the water is too cold. It very cold and kids cant enjoy much for a long time.

Overall experience was good. Very calm ambience. Room was spacious and comfortable. Food was good. Staff and service was good. The adventure activities were excellent and real fun.

Room value is at a higher end, understand the location was quite good & the property is well maintained. Could have been better if more attention is paid to room maintenance when the stay is more than a day.

Food was good - starters & breakfast was good. Thanks to staff for the courteousness in catering to our small needs as well. Activities were well planned & organized, loved the plantation walk & zip line ones :)

The electricity kept going on and off. Lot of mosquitoes. The geyser did not provide hot water took lot of time to heat. It was hot around 37 degrees and the air conditioner was not cooling the room. Night was OK. The TV channels did not work as the Set top box was not recharged. Even the breakfast area TV set top box did not work as not recharged.

The breakfast had variety and was good. It also had free evening tea with a snack that was a good gesture for our tariff. The games and other facilities were good too. Had nice Bornfire place with speaker that one can connect phone and place music of choice and seating space was good.
