It is wedding season which isn’t advertised so while we enjoyed watching all the stunning ceremonies & traditions it was noisy at night with wedding guests coming up from the party at all hours so sleep was disturbed, however, out of wedding season it would be faultless. That said, the wedding did add to our experience, we are from the U.K. & have never witnessed anything so extravagant, colourful & wonderful. The staff are lovely, trying hard to please guests all the time. Janvi was excellent, helping me when I needed medical care which eased the stressful situation. Mr Hieesh the Restaurant Manager in the North/Pink Bar was brilliant, fabulous at his job & couldn’t do enough for us in order to make it the best experience possible. Shubham, also in the restaurant was wonderful, both will go far in life & thoroughly deserve to. The food was delicious, a credit to the chef. Thankyou all the staff for a super holiday. Little further from main attractions in jaipur but the hotel ammenities and staff made it so much more worthwhile.

If you are looking for an authentic jaipur palace experience, look no more. Amazing hotel with exceptional staff from the bellboy, reception, restaurants, chefs, spa therapists. Everyone was always very helpful even though the hotel was hosting several weddings. The hotel is so beautiful but kept clean and the rooms are top notch.

This is a gorgeous property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The courtyard in the evening is magical and peaceful, and so was the flute player in the morning. The hotel is a true oasis in the midst of busy Jaipur. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Navya who was consistently pleasant and helpful; and to Govind, sous chef at Shrot Restaurant, as well as the chef and our delightful table waiter at The North Club for preparing/arranging special meals for us to cater for tastes and intolerances. The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and spacious. Complimentary high teas is a nice touch. They also do a very special welcome for each guest on arrival, but to explain it here would be to spoil the surprise. We arrived in the middle of a 250 guest, 2-day wedding and the music could be heard just about everywhere in the hotel. However, there are government noise restrictions so all was quiet by 10 pm and we slept well. The hotel is in a strange location and far from town. Allow 45 min into the town and a good hour to the Amber Fort.

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy and refreshed daily. One of the highlights was the hotel’s dining options. It would have been nice to know in advance that we wouldn’t be able to use the hotel facilities because of functions going on. If we had known this in advance we probably booked something different.

Beautiful hotel and the bar, restaurant was amazing! The staff really does what they can to make it as pleasant as possible! We wanted to have dinner outside, we were first told that we couldn’t as there was a function going on, but the manager found a hidden away corner for us. This was highly appreciated!

There was a wedding going on while we were staying at the hotel. Which is fine, but it would have been nice if we were informed ahead of time. We slept really bad due to the wedding guests and it would have been good to get the heads up so that we could have maybe looked for an alternative stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent food and drink options. The staff is incredible helpful.
