Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyLocation is quite far from all the action. The pool area was a bit underwhelming, no pool bar. The rooms are furnished not as nicely as the common areas.
Really beaufiful hotel, vibing with the Jaipur style that you see in Hawa Mahal or Amber Fort. Bathrooms are bomb. Food was great, the breakfast and dinner options very tasty and plentiful. Gulshan and Jeethendra at the restaurant did a great job waiting tables. Generally speaking everyone is trying their best and provide great service, we felt cared for.

United KingdomEverything - such a clean, professional and friendly hotel - exactly as the photos portrayed. It's new so everything is clean, tidy and well-kept, but its been designed in a way that's user friendly, beautiful, and fitting for the region. The rooms were perfect - large, comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless - so beautiful. The communal areas incl. gardens, lobbies and corridors were equally well kept and beautiful.

IndiaThe rooms weren't as spacious and designed as the online images suggested. The room we booked for turned out to be very small and closely set In a very narrow space comparatively. There was hardly any space between the walls and the furniture. The room seems like it ended as soon as we opened the door to enter.Everything was surprisingly congested and everything felt like pushed against each other in the room ,without enough space. The hotel staff was very supportive to help us shift in other room of an acceptable room size .
The staff was cooperative and courteous. The meal buffet was thoughtfully designed to cater continental and Rajasthani cuisine lovers. The overall look and feel of the grand palace inside out was stunning.

IndiaSmoking is injurious to health but if you are an occasional/regular smoker then be prepared to walk across the sprawling property near the entrance to find a proper disposal bin else walk out of the spa area and use the area before the pool or up on the terrace near the fine dining areas. Upon finishing just feel free to litter around on the floor. Forget about using the cigar lounge - it's just an area inside by the bar to check out the cigar and wine collection. Valet service while checking out needs improvement. Road accessibility leading up to the property is horrible, to say the least, especially while following Google Maps as you will find access roads and streets full of giant craters and open manholes. May God help you if you are in the vicinity after sunset. Poor lighting, poor signage, etc. The property needs to work on all these aspects with the city administration.
The breakfast spread was very good. Jeetendra at the dining hall was an exceptional guy! The assigned room was comfortable, the check-in process was quick and efficient especially since we reached late at night. The property has got a good heritage plus a contemporary setting. The exterior of the hotel is a sight to see. The room is nothing out of the blue considering all Hyatt properties look similar. The bathroom was certainly well stocked. Privacy on the floor was satisfactory. Good property to stay at a little outside Jaipur city center but only for short durations.

IndiaThe bedsheet was little stained and the blanket had a blood spot on the fold which anyone could miss easily in spotting
We loved the hospitality... the breakfast was good, lots of varieties to choose from. We enjoyed having dinner at the North Club on our Anniversary on 13th April, including the chocolate cake made for us. The rooms were lovely, spacious, the courtyard was beautiful, with high tea and live sarangi being played by a very talented boy Danish. We enjoyed the pool in the evening, the extra curricular activities like archery, sand bag throwing, darts, etc. The main lobby is stunningly beautiful and very inviting and wherever we went in the property corridors it was refreshing with awesome fragrances for the senses. We would like to specially thank few people who looked after us well: 1. Breakfast @ Shrot - Danish, Jeetendra, Sunita 2. North Club & Royal Bakery - Prithvi, Gautam, Praveen

United StatesEverything about the hotel was awesome. The location is a little far off from the main city and there are not many things to do in the neighbourhood. That’s not a dealbreaker if you are willing to hire a car and reach your destinations with 20-30 mins of drive.
Extremely helpful, professional and courteous staff. The highlight of our stay here. Everyone from the front desk, bellboys, car drivers etc., were very professional and service-oriented.

AustraliaThis Hotel obviously does a very big business in Weddings, and is a very elegant venue. However, I'm not sure how many international visitors they get, and hence they didn't quite meet expectations in some regards. For example, when we went to the in-house Restaurant our first evening we stood for about five (5) minutes waiting to be approached and seated - with staff sometimes walking past us. In that time we noticed other guests walking in and just taking any table that suited them, but definitely the custom of most international visitors would be to wait to be seated. It seems a small complaint, but it was more than a little annoying that the staff didn't acknowledge us waiting at the entry. Not really what we expected from a Hyatt Regency. Once seated we were well looked after, but it was just a "niggle" at the end of our day. Aside from that we had a very nice stay, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, and especially enjoyed our few drinks in the bar with the very well trained bar staff, with some interesting cocktails on offer.
Very nice hotel, generally in very good condition. The Bar staff were very professional, but the restaurant staff, while friendly and polite and trying very hard ... weren't quite trained to the standard expected.
