Staff-crunch and also some of them were working with minimal break! My room.was smelling of cigarettes constantly:(( As soon as we checked in we had to report fault in the wash basin though it got resolved after a couple of reminders. The place needs to up its more cleanliness and hygiene quotient.

Ala-carte food quality and taste Buffet was okayish. The 2 female staffs in the coffee shop are too.good in their attitude, sense of hospitality! The dosa counter chef met my expectations. Most important, the place employs differently-abled people in their coffee-shop! +1.

1..in breakfast plain Dosa is not up the mark 2.Need to focus on hygiene at the breakfast table 3. In room bathroom shower missing 4..when ask for anything like a towel or anything it was taken time 6.when we entered the room hanger was not there 7.stole near the sofa was not in good condition whenever we kept anything it had fallen down. 8 When I booked the room and asked for a grade it was showing 1200 rs including tax but when I completed the upgrade then it was showing tax is extra and when I speak with reservation team of hotel the he told me that u need to connect with booking.com team but I tried to calling but it was not done and when I reached the hotel and asked the reception about room upgrade and asked about better room but he denied

The place is a bit dated. The rooms ans fittings ; though very comfortable and clean- are very dated. We were on the 6th floor which is one of the highest I believe; there was a terrible smell in the hallways . The menu. I get that it's india and the non-veg options are limited but breakfast was pretty mundane because it was the same thing every day.

The location is great. Its not too close to the bazaars and the touristy stuff so u have to take a the Metro ( just 100m away from the hotel, very clean , cheap and effiecient) or an auto or car to get to the touristy area. The staff was great. Accommodating, polite and friendly . Shout out to little Anjali from the restaurant who was super sweet to us. Our stay was 5 days and the staff was incredibly warm The manager came by and greeted us personally which I thought was a nice touch too

Only one staff was rude, he is at the counter/reception. Asked him about swimming pool and food and he gave wrong information and wasn't talking properly. But it's okay coz other staffs were really kind and helpful.

Liked the cleanliness, location and few staffs were amazing. One of the staffs in the bar has a really good sense of humor, he was funny. Games and activities are good time pass. Overall hotel experience is 10/10.

Overall a very good and comfortable experience. Cleaning staff was good and room and overall ambience was good. Metro is at walking distance. Gym is good and they had good spa with network across India
