We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesSize of the room could be better. The bathrooms are small. The live music during breakfast can be avoided. The staff at the bar are always missing. That's why I feel their bar sales must be low.
The location is excellent. Close to the metro. It's a nice clean hotel.

IndiaThe sambar and dosa were sweet in taste and the tea served was not up to the mark. Would prefer twinings or something better. Hill craft was still better but not the other one. And the massage rates were higher than those in metropolitan cities and the pool support staff were young boys who didn't exactly make one feel safe and they were playing some regional music.
I like the staffs attentiveness and helpfulness. They connected my pen drive to the TV and got the correct remote. They noticed that I don't take dairy so offered other alternatives for breakfast . They provided extra towels when asked and gave enough water in the room to drink

IndiaWhen booked on booking.com it was pay at property booking. Yet the hotel called up 2 days prior and insisted on 50% advance or said they would cancel. Request was placed for close rooms but hotel staff had no idea about the request. We had to fight for that.
