Rooms were very small. Food far too expensive.

Waiting Staff like Wangsuk,pymsand Riba at the Reception were very hospitable so was the Head Chef.

the resort has a swimming pool and is adjacent to the beach. It follows that people will have dips in either the sea or the pool . There is no facility for drying wet clothes anywhere other than in full view of others in the front of the room. As we were near the conference room with events in progress there, drying clothes outside was clearly a problem. Airers in all the rooms cannot be a major expenditure for the resort?

The location is great .Also the staff in the resort is extremely friendly and helpful. The ladies at the reception and the waiters in the beachrestaurant are outstanding!!

Beach is fine for viewing, but too sloppy so waves are too high and not really for bathing. Needs to be cleaned more as everyday some or the other "parties" happening there (and we all very well know how excellently neat and well-disciplined our desi people are). Breakfast is fine, but south, especially Kerala (e.g., Appam, you cannot make appam with same dhosa dough) items needs improvement, to be prepared with more time and care.

Good breakfast but I miss more opposition not just indian hot food. More salad etc had to be nice

The room was big and clean Good food at the restaurant Big pool And good treatment at the hair dresser. I take hot oil hair treatment and my daughter clean up face treatment. She was really good. Lovely daughter and mother day.

Need the maintenance, specially the bathroom. Also the people in big groups those come for one full day, made the mess on swimming pool. People with dress on (with shirt and trousers) dip into swimming pool. Adults were washing their faces in kids swimming pool. very u hygienic. Better they must be informed how to use property specifically the pool.

Loved the beach view and the our room. We had one bedroom and one living room. Loved the big bathroom.

The furnitures in the restaurant Looks great. But i think its time to get replaced with new trendy/new ones.

My family and I recently stayed at Ideal Beach Resort, and it was a fantastic experience. The resort is kid- and family-friendly, with a safe environment and wonderful accommodations. The meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—were all excellent. Highly recommend!

Well maintained property , the private beach and swimming pool is really good . The life guard is present all the time. Breakfast spread was nice and the service is really good.

Jacuzzi was very old and not working. Entry door key was hard to open and lock. Bed room door handle broken but repaired immediately by staff. Bed room mirror was old and not very clear.

See view, air conditioning in room, Room service, complementary breakfast was all good. Food for lunch and dinner was also excellent. Swimming pool was clean and staffs were very kind. Beach was also clean!

Sea side villa pictures shown in the website is misleading. They have ground floor and first floor. Ground floor doesn't have view towards the sea. Only first floor have the view shown in the website.

Clenliness .... the blankets look very old. The toilet was very smelly. The bad smell is not due to the toilet itself but could be coming from the drain. Really very bad. Thanks to the night shift room staff, he made it tolerable for the night but the smell returned in the morning. Visitors should note that if you have a driver, he must sleep at his car. The property does not provide sleeping place to drivers.

The service staff were friendly. The location is very accessable provided you have your own car. We hsd a nice time at beach too. Breakfast at the restaurant had good spread and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly.
