Too expensive considering the hotel was quite old, pictures were somewhat misleading, no sauna despite advertised, and we were given a room with no windows.

Very bad experience about airport drop off vehical driver.. He took 2 and half hours to drop off to airport. He pose us to visit some shops and take him for tips and his behaviour was very hert for us.. while the trip he was take his lunch, fuel the gas and do lots of other things. Also not working AC for his vehical. Fortunately we could took our flight on time and waste another 15 minutes surely we would miss our flight.. Hotel is grete. We recommend every time this hotel, staff and service. Please be kind look for drop off drivers. He tell his name is bobby. Thank you

TV was not working. Bedsheets / Towels were not cleaned. Ceiling fan was making too much sound. Lift was not working 2-3 times. Room service was Ok. Bathroom were dirty and having very bad smell. There are lot of insects in room and after complaing there was no action from staff.

The rooms were not like displayed in the website. The rooms were not very neat. Bathrooms not tidy. WC broken.

The room was not that clean. Foul smelling fridge, adding to it, the staff sprayed room spray into the fridge. Not great bathroom. The breakfast restaurant was so small that even when there were 25 people in it, it felt super crowded.

The bathrooms could have been a bit better. One of the rooms’ washroom’s didn’t have a proper drainage. Although when we pointed it out, the management promised to take care of it.

The staff is so cordial and accommodating. They were always attentive to our requests. Another thing that we really liked was the location. Most of the hotels in Paharganj area have narrow roads and have a lot of incoming sound pollution, this one didn’t have at all.

What I don’t like about this property haha. When we arrived, we were excited to explore Delhi. When we got there, first of all they didn’t have the room I booked 4 months ago. They simply didn’t have any explanation. Then they moved us to one room which didn’t have any windows, bathroom stinks like hell, flasut of the sink was directly pointed out to your belly so every time you try to wash your hand, water shoots to your tummy making everything wet. I know india is a wet bathroom and I have been mentally preparing for this but I didn’t know it was slippery, I fell once😡There were bugs too. We stayed in that hell hole for 3 hr but I couldn’t take it. At the reception I asked to be moved to different room. I saw two guys standing when I was requesting this, those guys said, “ what’s the problem madam, why can’t you stay in that room it’s for four people”, I explained my frustration and when I said it’s stinky, that’s when he said nothing back. One of guy said follow me madam, came to my room and said it really stinks and said we will changed your room in few hours. Second room was much much better but no windows. We have a common vent in the bathroom with the next room. So, every time they use the bathroom it stinks up my room. Yes it’s cheep but not worth your health. From now on, I am not going to fall for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Superb hospitality of staff! We had to get our flight little early morning hours so we wanted to skip the complimentary breakfast, but all the staff of Hotel Singh Empire persuaded successfully to take the breakfast before leaving the hotel.
