Room was tired, especially the bathroom.

The location was close to the railway station. Fruit basket was a nice touch. Able to get a late check out for 50% of the room rate.

The hotel tour desk receptionist! I didn't like how he did “business with tourists”, he wasn't helpful at all. And everything you have booked through it will be very expensive.

It was a nice hotel where I started my journey in old Delhi. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Another thing I liked was that it is very close to the train stations that go to Agra.

The area where the hotel located is just terrible, but there is nothing the hotel can do about it. If I would know about, I better chose to live somewhere else. It is scary to go outside after sunset.

The staff was nice and polite. The breakfast was ok. They change our room to a bit better, because I didn't like previous one.

Old Indian styled hotel with an old water tap that looked rusty. Also the bed was kind of hard and the breakfast basic.

I think it's a good sign when you really have to think of something and come up with nothing you didn't like. 👍

Was great that it was central to the New Delhi Railway and walking distance to the Paharganj main bazaar. The included breakfast and dinner was excellent and made for a stress free holiday watching where you are eating. The room was clean and comfortable and I liked that there is like a concierge for your floor ready to help with whatever you need. All staff English speaking was so helpful. The drivers, tours driver and airport transport were friendly and helpful.

the breakfast was ok, not a lot choices and not a many place for all guests. and a bit pricey. the room/ hotel was clean, but needs renovations. didn't know that the room has no window, feels weird! had some bugs in my room, but this is Asia... a bit noisy on the main street, but this is India:)

the hotel is close to the train station, easy to walk. friendly staff and good coffee. the hotel was clean, but needs renovations big room helpful staff! had some issues with the shower and tv and they came promptly to fix it.

Room walls are thin. Neighbor's talk could be heard. Luckily they stopped talking not too late. Linen were good but towels look too old.

Online booking and communication is efficient. On site staff are efficient.

No hot water.

Perfect for a short stay in Delhi, taxi and tuk tuk were available at any time. Walking distance to local street market with chaat and other options. Can be difficult to cross the street but the hotel itself was a great value. Excellent food and place to lay your head. WiFi was useable and the TV worked when it wanted to. No hot water.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Delhi! For the price, it exceeded our expectations in every way. Traveling with a five-year-old can be challenging, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and made our son feel welcome and entertained. As I said before the location of the hotel is bad, it's near the dirtiest and the most miserable central station I've ever seen. It's hard to get there over the crowd, trash and noisy streets. Every time getting to the hotel and getting out was a challenge. Sure it's not the fault of the hotel

It is based very near New Delhi railway so the traffic does get very congested in this area.

It’s great value for being in central Delhi so close to CP and India Gate. Staff were friendly and they have lots of useful amenities at the hotel, from a restaurant to travel company to currency. All very useful and to hand.

When i booked in Norway they said that breakfast was included. However, when I attended there it was not included.

The constant noise from outside..but cant be helped... and the twin room was too small. After a certain time, noise inside the hotel should stop..

Two nights we stayed it is very comfortable. Morning breakfast is very good. We kept our luggage for one day after exit they accepted it. Mode of payment is also no issue you can pay any way. Size of the room is enough.really it is spacious. If water bottle per day two bottles free in this price it will be better. And dinner menu price higher side if it will bit low then it will be fabulous for every person.
