The behaviour of the person in the reception named girish and joshi ji as he was very helpful and courtesyous. Rooms were clean and food was simple and nice. Recommeded fully:)

The hotel is in prostitute area of Delhi and not safe for woman. They refused to return the money back for three nights. I absolutely don’t recommend them

we had two room booked when we arrived they gave us wrong room i have to speak to them got the right room then my sister room aircon didnt work we were there 5 days the offer another room but it was smaller.bath wasnt clean non of the tap work properly.house keeping boys on our floors was very annoying,we had breakfast included in our booking 5 days every morning same breakfast, had dinner on the restaurant 6 ppl meal and drink took 2 hours service was appalling had no hot water 1st 2 days of our stay.for what i paid rooms nothing is even close way over price.

The rooms were small, had a stench, and the towels and bedsheet had blood/faecal stains. They were changed when I complained but the new ones had stains too. The bathroom kept getting flooded, the drainage not very efficient.

The breakfast was my only highlight, great breakfast

We had an excellent stay at The Singh Empire . Staff were friendly, kind and very helpful, would recommend to everyone. Location is great next to delhi railway station.

When got to hotel, reception area and resturant looked good but when you got to our room that's where it stopped the door didn't fit frame there was about 10inch gap at top with no door there was two little lights which we tried evey switch to turn of but couldn't find which one to turn them off the room next door sounded like they was doing up but they was still banging and moving things up to midnight so they moved us. Getting to next room after getting in bed 10mins later we heard dripping turned on light and the air-conditioning unit was pouring out water so turned of straight away did have two more nights booked at this hotel at end of holiday but canceled straight away

There was a lot of noisy construction at the property and it smelled strongly from cleaner/bug killer. It is not in a very nice neighborhood. It is well located between Old and New Delhi and there are tuk tuks right outside. But if you want a nice, walkable neighborhood just outside your hotel door, this is not the hotel for you.

The staff are very attentive and will clean your room anytime that is best for you. Breakfast was quite good.

The staff will not issue you any invoice and expect money only in cash. If you have prebooked, they will take full price but will negotiate with walk in customers

Nothing is good about the property. It is on Main Street and has a road divider which will make impossible to cross the road

I hate their decision in upgrading nearby rooms without considering neighbouring customers that affect with the smell of the paint that can be harmful. They should moved their guests to another floor before upgrading work is carried out.

Had a great stay for 2 nights. We were upgraded to a 4 beded room which was very spacious and comfortable.

No courtesy, not welcoming. They wanted to charge me 1000 rupees for checking in 30 mins earlier, and they lef me waitting for more than 30 mins before checking since i did not want to pay that abusive fee. Ater that the staf did not even say hello nor bye when I went out or came back til the last day , then they ask me to write a good review...on top of that staff is very noisy during day time.

Not very clean, we booked 2 rooms, 1 was ok like the pictures, but the 2nd room was very old, dusty and not comfortable. Breakfast is with very small choice of items and not a good quality

We had to change the room 4 times during our 6 days stay, they did not give us a good rooms even though we had to stay there for 6 days. 1st day we checked in me n my wife were shown a room with no proper lock and upper side of the door was open. they said some work was going on and rooms were full. what we found was they had really good same category rooms and was not given to us.

While my overall stay was wonderful, the Wi-Fi connection could have been more reliable at times. However, this didn't significantly impact my experience, and everything else was great!

I stayed at Hotel Singh Empire for 4 nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options each morning. The location is convenient, close to attractions and transport, yet quiet at night. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!
