Yes, I do have a few comments...while the services, food, and staff were outstanding. Unfortunately, the property is looking extremely dated, worn-out, and fatigued. Extremely outdated scuffed furniture. Unusually small old TV. Curtains that were old, tired, and crumpled ! Bathroom fittings that date back to the mid 90's. ! Bathroom linen that was well past its life cycle. Dust on bedside tables & and minibar console. (Which admittedly, was addressed once brought to their attention). Overall, the atrocious condition of the room and the entire property in general was quite a shocker for this once upon a time, an exceptionally grand, opulent hotel. Hate to say it, but this property is past its prime and needs a serious makeover/revamp.

As a world traveller and having stayed in over 300 hotels over the years i have always considered ITC Maurya as a benchmark of quality, Luxury, outstanding food, exceptional service and staff that go the extra mile for the guests.

Nothing to complain! The hotel is super, but also big and you have to find your way!

Breakfast was very good, with a buffet with huge selections. Special orders wete not a problem and taken care of.

I chose a non smoking room and there were rooms either side of mine smoking which wasn’t pleasant when my door was open or walking to the lift. Also the walls were quite thin so could hear conversations if people talking loudly next door.

The hotel service and staff is outstanding here and the rooms are very comfy and spacious. I chose to stay here because i wanted to escape the delhi chaos and see some greenery and enjoy luxury stay on my trip. The stay didn’t disappoint. Rooms have great details and complimentary slippers, condiments and services. Bed is super comfy. The breakfast buffet is outstanding you won’t need lunch! Lots of great options from beautiful Indian food to western style and cereal/juice bar. Tip to dine in for breakfast on the top floor with a stellar view! I also dined at the Bukhara restaurant which is a must do restaurant in India.

No mention of non-vegetarian on soup. It would be better if the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are kept separate.

Rug in the bedroom was stained, reception staff in the breakfast Pavillion were a bit grumpy. There was a 20 min wait on my first day to get seated for breakfast.

Safety deposit box did not work. Tub drainage was slow and water accumulated. Exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. Vie from window was unpleasant.

The afternoon teas was a bonus. Staff was nice.

bit of confusion and front desk staff though helpful were mostly limited by the systems in place. We were allocated a smoking room that came as a shock. Shifting to another room was a bit complicated. Unfortunately found a cockroach in the room though the staff helpfully then upgraded us to the another room.

The service at the front desk can be a little chaotic. Lots of people always passing through the lobbies and public areas, I feel like there are a lot of events there.

Very comfortable hotel in Delhi. The service in the rooms is top notch. Great restaurants. Decent pool. Gym and sauna are basic but absolutely enough!

Lack of table availability at breakfast at weekend. At any of your 3 locations for breakfast! This was very extremely annoying and not what I was expecting at breakfast.

Service is bureaucratic and slow. Not a bad hotel, just very far from the standard you would expect from hotels at this price point in India. Other places I have stayed are much better

It was very good more varieties should be added. Ambience was good, Bukhara is maintaining its old reputation. three months back i stayed my family in welcome Dwarka it was under renovation but services & food quality was good.
