People like Mr. Lal Singh from housekeeping, Preeti (housekeeping) Judy, Utkarsh & Parul from restaurant pavilion, Dhruv Dutt & Aryan from reception, Shalu Mam from guest service & Mr. Satender Singh ( bell boy) are the reason why I will always choose ITC Maurya. Your team is so professional and kind, always greeted me with a big smile. Really loved my stay in this wonderful property.

Cannot claim for sure this was the reason, but think that because I booked on Booking.com and paid a much lower rate than the one offered by the hotel, I was put in a room that was very old and worn out, not renovated (maybe the only one in the Tower section I was booked in). The AC system was very outdated and not workin properly - either blowing very hard or barely working. The shower had an old dirty and worn out curtain. Really subpar! I am Bonvoy Gold member and thought that counts for an upgrade, not for a downgrade, but apparently not! When I asked for a room change I was told no room was available, but if I came back at the latter part of the week I would be moved. It took going to the reception 3 times in one day and spending about half an hour each time to finally get moved to a normal room, and only after 9 pm that day. There was also confusion with the reservations, because I had 2 back to back ones from Booking.com due to a last minute cancellation of internal flights in India that forced me to stay in New Delhi. I explained that to the front desk at check-in, but the staff called me on the last day of the first reservation anyway, telling me I have to leave. This regardless of the assurance when I got the room moved all is noted and I could stay in the new room until the second reservation ends. It took another interaction with one of the managers to sort out. I talked to a manager about the mishaps and was offered a free ride to the airport when I leave and a free dinner. While appreciating the tokens of apology, I cannot help but feel that the service was unacceptable for the price level and the rating of the hotel. Only in the last couple of days got better due to room change.

Location is great! Most of the staff is trying really hard! A bright spot was the staff in the Tower lounge, which we could access as part of the reservation! They were wonderful!

I like it all the manager garima's behaviour it ws fabulous and fantablous . I really think should book the hotel for there parties and celebrations . My family has enjoyed alot whatsoever is asked garima fulfilled it.concluding it by saying that awesome place to go And its value for money

This hotel has become a touristic spot rather than a leisure hotel. Full of tourists roaming around. They messed up my breakfast twice in a row, waited 45 mins for a cup of tea.

Staff at the reception who missed out to reserve the restaurant. Alternative breakfast arrangement, which was just a poor adjustment. If guests are diverted to another restaurant for breakfast, the hotel should make sure the vibes n arrangements are same.

The place may be on the more expensive side out of all the hotels available in Delhi. Reception counter gets busy and often requires waiting.

The staff told me the hotel has history and everything was luxurious and very comfortable for my stay. The staff went above and beyond to attend guest requests and the swimming pool and spa facilities were nice.

Maybe for solo travelers and for a tighter budget it’s too much luxury. But if you are able to adjust your budget is great to have a quieter, nice place to come back to after all the craziness of the city.

It’s a luxurious hotel. Various options of restaurants, a great gym and spa, comfortable and very clean rooms with everything that you will need. The staff polite and attentive.

Quality of food was very good. However, management of food requires improvement. Trainees tend to forget supplying the orders and later two trainees used to get the same order. Delay in orders during breakfast is to be reduced.

I like the courtesy extended by the staff right from the shift manager Mr Satvik Joshi to the counter person Mr Gaurav and the house keeping staff. The behaviour of the senior staff during breakfast was also found to be very nice. The room was awesome.
