According to our taste the room decor was slightly outdated, even though we were upgraded to the renovated room. However the rooms were still lovely and clean.

Great staff who made the experience great! The manager and front desk staff was fabulous! beautiful entrance, lobby and gardens and swimming pool! Stunning hotel overall. Live music in lobby was lovely. Breakfast was worth it! Decent location as everything in Agra is about 10 -15 minutes away (train, Taj, fort)

Washrooms can do with some revamp/upgradation, some of the fittings were old and worn out. Also, in room dining service can be quicker, took a while to get through them.

The property appeared to be very understaffed when we checked in. Check in is at 1500 and we arrived shortly after that. We were told the room would be ready in 10-15 minutes and to wait in the bar area. I checked with the desk an hour later and was told they would come get us shortly. We ended up getting into the room a little after 1700 hours. For a 5 star hotel stay to start like that upset us because had they told us it would be 2 hours we could have left the hotel instead of wasting time in the lounge. Each pool also only has about 8 lounge chairs, which is not near enough for a hotel of this size.

The inside of the hotel is beautiful. The Spa is great as well and has all the amenities needed. The food was great and the majority of the staff go above and beyond to serve the customers. The location is close to plenty of restaurants and stores. It’s also about a 10 minute Tuk Tuk to the Taj.

Personal point of view hotel was very large and information was sparse. It was only on the last day that we discovered we could have a small meal snack in the bar and did not have to go to the main restaurants.

I booked through booking.com and was guaranteed a price that I would pay when staying at the hotel. when I got there the invoice had an extra 11,000 thousand rupees and when I pointed out the fact that this was not the price I made the reservation for, I was told it was my problem since I booked through a third party company. I complained by pointing out the many reasons that was not a valid excuse and was then told they made a mistake and charged me with breakfast included (speaking about extremely expensive breakfast!!!) and the invoice was corrected. honestly it sounded more like a scam to me, if you don’t notice you’ll just end up paying so please make sure what you’re getting yourself into.

It’s a very classy hotel. employees will greet with with namaste and be kind for the most past.
