They have shown and mentioned bathtub in the Mughal room while booking but don't provide it when you checkin. Upon asking the receptionist said it's under construction.. if that's the case why show it on the booking app? We told her how disappointed we were yet she didn't do anything about it. We could have easily booked a different property at a much lesser price. Dint expect this from ITC.

The thing i didn't like was leaving the property so soon.

There is nothing that i didn't like there. Just one thing i didn't like was going back from the property which made us feel like home... Loved the property and more over the staff there was wonderful and not only went out of their way but went above and beyond to meet our expectations and make our stay so wonderful. Some of the super heros of the property were Master Chef Chef Jagvir, Chef Satyaveer from the core and heart of the hotel the kitchen team. Mr Bhim, Ms Asmita and Mr Umar from the FNB service. The young and smart boys Himanshu and Kapil from front desk, Mr Nilesh also from the from desk was a super life saver for us. Even though we had checked out And had a while for our way back to home we requested him if we could just sit in the lobby for some more time he said that make your self more comfortable in the executive lounge rather than just sitting on the couch in the lobby and also mentioned that if we needed anything else not to worry about anything and just get back to him. This gesture was amazing. Ranjeet h/k supervisor, Sonu saxena my room attendant and last but not least. Mr Satyaveer at the pool. All of them were amazing and didn't leave a single point that anyone could dislike the property and won't love them. Also a promise from me that " WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN".

It's very beautiful and well maintained. Must visit for just a relaxing staycation with your family. The place is beautiful and there are multiple picturesque spots where you can just sit and chill and talk

The front desk english could be refined just a tad to ease the process of checking in but in the grand scheme of the experience i've had, it really is a very very small detail which i'm only writing because the box requires to put something negative

The food was excellent, the tour staff was great helping with my visit to the Taj Mahal, the driver was very polite and considerate with the heat as he brought water and the spa, pool and gym were top notch, i even managed to watch some sport back home in england at the bar, i couldn't of had a better experience

Switches for lights in room need modification. There is only one switch for all lights either all are ON or all are OFF. Inconvient

There were no elevators access to rooms. I have health problem so I need the elevator but everywhere it was stairs access from lobby to rooms.

The nicer pool was closed

Beautiful Mughal design with modernizations. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Nice facilities including gym and pool. Food was excellent. Every staff member were very friendly and helpful!

Myonly suggestion would be to have the pool area swept, there were quite a few leaves and that was the executive pool. the other pool didn’t have enough shade so didn’t use that.

A stunning hotel with amazing staff and facilities. The staff couldn’t do enough for you I even got a special cake on leaving for my birthday. Top class resort!
