The responses received are pretty stock standard and don't answer queries clearly. I couldn't receive an update invoice with correct personal details despite updating it on my end and even one of the staff member doing so on their end.

United KingdomIn the IPads in the rooms,The hotel offered special services , like laundry, for no charge , but this was not reflected in the billings. The managers claimed that the offers only referred to special packages, but this was not clearly stated in the IPad messages. Slightly irritating !
One of the best hotels I have stayed in over the past 50 years. The hotel is like an oasis in the middle of Bangalore´s chaotic traffic and noise and high pollution. The Hotel´s facilities and rooms are very good and the reception , cleaning and catering staff and managers were extremely courteous and helpful. There was a wide choice of food in the Cubbon Pavilion restaurant and it was uniformly very good. The SPA facilities are first rate. Special mention to the New Year´s eve buffet which was outstanding and unlikely to be bettered anywhere.

Rosch accompanied us to our suite, explained the amenities and technology, and ensured our luggage was promptly delivered. Over the next days, Rosch was always available for our questions, ensured our comfort, provided essential information, and assisted with transfer bookings. His friendly and attentive demeanor made us feel at home at the ITC Gardenia. In the mornings, Rajdeep and Imran greeted us warmly and always fulfilled our requests for quiet seating at breakfast. In the evenings, Swapnil’s attentiveness and friendliness allowed us to relax and enjoy drinks in the lounge. The entire staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, respectful communication, and service orientation. The welcoming atmosphere at the entrance and the friendly, patient security checks made every return to the hotel a pleasure. The restaurant and bar teams delivered consistently outstanding service, making our time there highly enjoyable. Special thanks to Rosch for organizing our smooth departure, ensuring the driver and luggage were ready on time. Kiran swiftly handled our bags and, with his colleagues, loaded them into the car. Raghuprasad, our reliable and courteous driver, impressed us with his safe driving, punctuality, and well-maintained vehicle. We appreciated his knowledge and enjoyed conversing in English, learning about the places we visited. Reflecting on five nights at the ITC Gardenia, we are grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality that made our stay unforgettable. IndiaThe food quality could have been significantly better. The pakodas served in the lounge during the evening were cold, even though we arrived around 6:20 PM. Additionally, the food items ran out and were not refilled, which was disappointing. The omelette and dosa stations were poorly organised during the breakfast buffet. Despite requesting that our dosa and omelette be served at the high table, we had to wait 40-45 minutes and follow up multiple times before being served. The pool area was unclean, with pigeon droppings on the seating area. The staff definitely give more than 100% to serve their guests but here we encountered staff who were interns and were as confused as us, when encountered with queries. While these may seem like trivial issues, my previous experiences at ITC Royal Bengal and Sonar Bangla had set a much higher standard, and I had expected the same level of excellence from the ITC Hotels group.
