India1)Location was a bit outside the main Kumbakonam town area (where most of the prominent temples, good quality Lunch/dining options available, commuting wud be easier) 2) No Wifi in Hotel room 3) Room service only included Tea or coffee, no meal options 4) Cancellation policy was a bit rigid and if my stay extended even a minute or hour after the 12 pm checkout, I had to pay another day's Room rent...my request for late check-out was not considered even with prior notice of a week in advance
Overall the facilities and amenities were good, it was a spacious room with double Kind/queen size bed which could accommodate 4 persons whereas my family had two members apart from me. AC, cupboard, lightings, room service were good

Indiaout of 2 rooms, in one room bed was not comfortable, on one side mattress was going down. I saw couple of cockroaches roaming in the room. Infact pest control seems to be done as I can smell the pest chemicals in the rooms and hallway.

IndiaHotel Environment...too much of cigrate smell. if they enforce no smoking inside hotel will improve a lot. Especially it's in washroom, I end up in closing the ventilation. The washroom is too tidy and not cleaned.
