Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Room was not clean, so was the toilet not maintained. The cupboards coult not be openned not even an hanger to keep cloth. No waster, We have to request to get towel and soap, As we stayed for few hours it was fair other wise it was not comfortable, Only the front look ween in picture is fine rest all bit shocking.

I feel morning tea and complementary breakfast would be great!!
The location is good enough and my stay was comfortable. Booking.com was easy . The hotel provided us a cab for pickup and drop at the Chennai airport at a reasonable fare. The room service was on a daily basis. Hot water for bath facility available . There is a shared kitchen too if you would like to use or else there are plenty of small and big restaurants on either side of the road. The first time travellers can come without any worry as I feel each and every requirements be it medicines clothes, stationery or anything can be bought from nearby shops or market. I hope my review will be helpful to all those who are planning their treatment in CMC. Good luck.

My Experience in Jaya Krishna Mansion was good. But, previously I had a very bad experience in Xavier's Guest House in Chennai. On 1st December 2022 I booked a quadruple room in Xavier Guest House in Chennai for 1260₹ by booking.com. My confirmation number was 2464519480. On 4th December 2022 they have offered me an updated room for 2014₹ and I accepted that offer. My booking was for two nights (From 11-13 th December 2022) and I confirmed my booking on 8th December by sending my tickets to them. But, I found nothing, absolutely nothing. On 11th December in the morning we reported the Xavier Guest House. And they told me that there was no booking for us. I showed them the papers. Then they told me that all the rooms are occupied. After two hours of waiting they offered me to cancel the booking. And they will provide me a room. Then I understood what the s*it services I was getting from booking.com. But, I want to see to the last. So, I denied to cancel the booking. Due to weather depression, It was raining in Chennai. So, it was not possible for us to shift to another guest house. After hours of argument they have provided us with a godown type room under the stair for 1560₹. The room was a double room and they offered 4 of us to stay there. Also, condition was that they would not provide us a money receipt for that room. We were helpless and fraustated and stayed in that room. I went to Chennai for medical treatment. I became more sick. After two days I shifted to another hotel. I have informed booking.com regarding all these in my previous review. But, booking .com made my review hidden. So, I believe that booking.com is involved in these scams. I am sure I am not going to use booking.com in my future travels. Good bye !
