We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaEverything, the staff were not very keen to have anyone as the guest, showing unclean rooms and outright lying taking me to a dungeon like twin sharing room with cigarette stench and saying that I have been upgraded to a club class room. A clear late check out was requested at the time of booking, but they pestered me to check out early, disturbed the program I was attending, but finally agreed to give a late check out which was due....

IndiaRooms were not cleaned despite regular calls at front office /house keeping , pathetic,came after 7 hrs still the rooms were in the same condition,called everyone but what profesionalism no one came ,lastly saw a room boy outside in the corridor asked him ,he said he forgot it ,wat a joke man .............15pc discount on food was applicable on our stay , discount what they gave was 163rs/-discount .. wow man !!! ,our booking stated fruit basket ,cookies platter ,alcholic/non alcoholic beverage,,,,,,,guess what the answer was , it is based on availability,right now it's not available ....(Booking.com should take into note what offers they give prior to booking ,is it in consent with the property.
