The owner Manjeet was extremely nice and welcoming. Always kept asking if I need anything or if there are any problems to come and tell him. He always offered to make me food and tea or coffee. Made sure I felt safe as I am a woman solo traveler. Will be back.

We stayed 6 nights in a Double Room and had the best time ever. The room was huge, we had a balcony, a fridge, a huge bed. The room was clean, the location fantastic (5 mins walk to beach and restaurants). We could check in early. But if one thing needs to be said, it's that our host Manjeet was an absolute star! Never have we experienced such kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay in India. Manjeet made us free tea several times a day, he offered room service every day, he was at our disposal for questions and requests at every hour of the day, and he even shared his Diwali treats with us. What a gem! He truly went above and beyond on numerous occasions and we can't thank him enough. Apologies for the late review, I had written one straight after our stay but booking.com unfortunately hadn't saved it. We would always always always return and would recommend everyone to stay here!!

The rooms floor and especially the bathrooms could be cleaner... The common areas are not the best.

They have a very nice guy working there, he help you with everything. Gave me great contact to rent a bike. Beds are okay. Good location.

Reviews were quite okay about the place and the host but my experience did not relate to that. I am writing the details especially for WOMEN travellers. Note that this was my 4th solo trip to India, so, I am not a beginner. - The place on the map was different than the actual hostel. No one knew it in the streets when I asked them. The hostel itself turned out to be in the building of another hotel with another name. The name 'Jeet' was not mentioned anywhere. The guy who met me and spoke English said that he knew the place on the map was different from the actual hostel. - The place was super dirty. I tried to not touch anything, especially in the bathroom. The host started cleaning after my check in. At night, I heard a rat(s) running over my bed and sealing and making noises. - The host himself did not speak English properly but he could repeat multiple times: "Tonight we are alone in the building" and "Do you want a massage?" I kept rejecting but once I asked him how much he was charging and he said: "No, just for free". When I asked him if I could use the common area for my yoga practice he said yes and added that I had a very beautiful body. - These 2 guys were themselves staying in the hostel room, so, it was them and me only. Once I opened my eyes at night and the English-speaking guy was staring at me. - When I was leaving in the morning, they said I could stay in a separate room and asked where I was moving and how much I was paying. I did not give that information and left. Afterwards, the English speaking guy sent me a message "Hi Ani. How are you".

I had a great stay at this place. Location is close to beach and market. Overall I had a very good experience . Would surely stay here again. Worth recommending.
