Everything was perfect except playing loud movie songs during camp fire . This place is calm and serene so they should play soothing and calming instrumental music during camp fire .

We loved the hospitality and the courteous nature of all the staff. The room was neat and clean. Food was amazing , service was awesome Kudos to Nabeel for making us comfortable during our stay he ensured all our special requests were met and we were happy .

Engineering services that did not repair hot water system

Great ambience--peace and tranquility assured . Superb location and views . Friendly Staff. Some minor engineering issues that spoiled our stay with no hot water being made available in spite of staff best efforts....

This resorts sits on top of a hill with great views; to get to these views you have to cover a little over 1km on mud road. The hotel staff informed us beforehand and were always available to help

Lush property with plenty to do and amazing staff. This is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The in house kitchen is very good. Yoga and Kalaripayattu trainer were very helpful

At night it gets a bit aloof and you have no option but to be inside the resort, if you are someone who likes to venture out at night then this property might be slightly difficult for you.

Its very clean and green - right in the lap of nature. The rooms are very big and spacious and the restaurant food is also good for vegetarians. The staff is excellent and very helpful

Hot water wasn’t coming for the two days until we reported to the help desk. They did fix it in 15 mins but it was unpredictable throughout our trip.

It’s a beautiful property. Best place to enjoy the nature surrounded by divine things that are natural such as heritage trees, plants, diversified birds, mountains and everything naturally colourful. The food was delicious and nice hospitality by the chef and their team.

Their Wi-Fi is one pain point. If you plan to work from there, you won’t be able to. Very poor connection. And the road which leads to the property is horrible.

The property was amidst the greenery and far from hustling city. So you will get a feeling of tranquility there. We booked tea garden villa and they gave us plantation view villa. After returning home I realised that. It is my mistake that I did not cross checked. I spoke to them. They have accepted the mistake and promised me to return the balance amount. It is a really good gesture.

Communication is a big challenge. None of the staff knows English/Hindi and Malayalam very well. Many of their issues are because of this. Their maintenance facility needs pruning. Both rooms had a geyser problem from day 1. One room needed two repair sessions. The other needed three repair sessions inclusive of a replacement - problem was unsolved till our four days stay. The swimming pools needs furniture, lights, life guard/staff. The indoor and outdoor games are suboptimal. Except for camp fire, no event was organised even on the Onam weekend. We wish them well and hope they explore their full potential. The senior management needs to face challenges and buffer the junior staff, not the other way round. Best wishes!

Location, environment, staff and food were very good. They made special efforts and prepared excellent Jain food after some linguistic challenges. Recommend this place to others after reading the other section..

The approach road to the property is very bad. There is only space for one vehicle to move on a non existent road.

The way to reach tis place is complicated. As a solo traveler, it feels lik adventure. They help u thro phone. If no network, definitely it's a nightmare. Its my brand new car.. so much tension not to get scratch thro tat narrow one way. If any vehicle opposite, I don't know wat u ll do. But I didn't get any vehicle on tat tim. I thought food might be authentic.. but it's not. Jus lik usual buffet menu for breakfast n dinner. I didn't ve lunch there. No kettle or coffee compliments in d room.. much disappointed..!!

Wonderful Location.. its lik hidden gem.. staffs r polite. Spa treatment was excellent after doctor consultation.

Food quality was a bit low. Breakfast was delicious tho.

Location was really amazing. Staff were brilliant and always ready to help. My wife attended a yoga session in the morning and she loved it. The view from the room was soo refreshing.
