We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Poor billing practices. They downgraded the room, but took full charge of a triple room. Breakfast billing is poor leading to overcharge unless one records it upfront. Most rooms are exposed to very disturbing noise of street and horns. The staff are really loud in the corridors.
The staff are very friendly and try to work with the guest.

The hotel pictures shown are shown only fr front side. There are places where old curtains are lying around. There is unhygienic spit all around in corners of hotel. From service point of view they don't give basic 1 lit bottle. I did not like the vibe of hotel at all. There is lot of paint off in room around AC. No windows to room for airy feel. Staff always keeps on eating paan/tobacco and it really feels filthy. Definitely not worth the money they charge and I won't recommend to anybody.
The location is really good. Food is decent.

Rooms were bad - phone receiver was broken in one of the rooms, towels and linen were visibly dirty. Requested heaters for the 2 rooms that I booked but only 1 was provided. Staff was hesitant to provide the payment receipt and they asked me to transfer money to a third party Paytm number (not affiliated with the Hotel in anyway) and this was very unprofessional.
24 hours hot water. Location was good and staff were helpful during checkout. Breakfast was aloo paratha and it was good. Checkin was smooth. I requested adjacent rooms and this was provided.

The facilities were horrible and they were charging for complimentary breakfast as the breakfast was also with limited material. I would suggest if the property can be de listed from the application as no one else would be getting cheated again.

Fantastic facilities cooperative staffs. Very hygeine. Very clean, comfort bed very comfortable, washroom clean. Hot n cold water. Location is very prime. Walkin distance PVR. Overall worth for money.

Staff was not at all responsive. I booked 2 double deluxe rooms but got sub standard rooms with pathetic facilities. There were no bath towels in the rooms and after asking multiple times they gave hand towels as if they did some favour on us. Beds were disgusting. Bedsheets seem as if they weren't cleaned from ages I have a laundry list of complaints but would stop here but will sincerely request booking.com to delist this property and save the future travellers

Parking space is low. Amenities like tooth brush kit and soap kit and shaving kits etc along with small size towels were not in room. It should have been provided by hotel management like many other good hotels do.

Poor maintenance, Shabby room, dirty quilt and bed cover. What was promised as " Deluxe Double Bed room " was not upto specifications, it was small. We feel deceived and let down. Never recommend it.
