The service of the staff is on the weaker side. It took 2 hours for us to get fresh towels and generally to get anything here you need to call at least twice.

The location of this property is the highlight, and that is what makes me keep wanting to come back here. This was my third stay at this property in the last five months.

I love staying there. I stay there every time I go to Rishikesh! All the staff are so nice and very supportive. The Rooftop restaurant is Top Shelf ! I know I'll be going back next Winter :)

not allota foreigners to balance the intense Delhi vibe . (as was the case at Joeys in Delhi which had a mix of foreigners ) .. some staff coped disrespectful attitude... which is uncool.. imo.. Young staff under pressure and learning to manage.. okay.. can forgive.. but being disrespectful .. hmmm..- hard to forget.. still recommend..

Good scene.. central. and on the Ganga!! . kind of a youthful buzz place on the budget circuit.. good peeps... good staff support overall..

I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful property joeys by the Ganges with a breathtaking view of the Ganga. The location was perfect, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Waking up to the sight of the river flowing calmly in the morning was truly magical. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view – it’s hard to describe the beauty of the Ganga at sunrise and sunset. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat with a stunning river view, this place is highly recommended!

The hotel staff (David, Diksha, Aman) are exceptionally kind, treating guests with the utmost respect and hospitality. If you’re staying here, you won’t have to worry about anything—just ask, and they’ll be happy to assist. I stayed in the dorms, which were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is its location right beside the River Ganga. There is a direct path to the ghat just below the hotel. I spent an hour there alone at night, surrounded by tranquility and peace. It was wonderful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it.

Not their fault but nearby footbridge closed so need to access by boat ferry or walk from other bridge .. scooter handy. The registration is online which my phone struggled with but guy at reception did it for me .

We had one of the new double rooms with a fab balcony and view of the Ganges . Nice decor and design in room with new bathroom etc. good to have kettle and re in room with water provided . The cafe on roof is a real bonus. They have occasional music nights and sound stops by 10.30 .

There is shortage of Baggage loading/unloading staff since we had checked out of the room by 11.00 AM on 12/02/2025, however, we had to wait till 1.30 PM at the reception because our room had been allotted to the next booking person. The existing staff was busy doing up the rooms and loading the baggage of the arrived group of tourists. Despite our repeated requests to the staff they did not load our baggage in my Car. As a result of the unnecessary delay i had to miss an appointment in ROORKEE which was on the way to DELHI where I stay. My suggestion is to recruit at least TWO more persons who should be assigned only the work of UNLOADING/LOADING of the BAGGAGE'S. The management of the hotel recognize the value of time for themselves and others. Kindly take corrective action on this issue i have highlighted. Besides this drawback me and my wife had a very memorable stay. I also appreciate the excellent service given by all the staff members especially Mr David and Ms Diksha. I would love to stay in your property again with my Family including my two grown up Son's soon. We loved your property and the location by the GANGES. Thank you all for giving both of us a very memorable stay.

A great property in Rishikesh. Well maintained dorms, clean bedding and blankets, daily cleaned washrooms and equipped with all toiletries, essentially a fully furnished stay. Helpful and friendly staff, a great rooftop cafe and chill people to hang out with. Definitely recommend this property, and my go-to location the next time I’m in Rishikesh. 10/10

Big effort needs to be done on the bathrooms cleanliness of the dorms. Shower aren’t working properly either (at least in the dorm I stayed in)

Awesome place... I stayed for 8 days. Room was super clean. Staff was very good. They took us for sunset trip. Beds was super cosy. Washrooms was clean. Joey' terrace cafe has one of best view in Rishikesh... I just loved the place.
