Great location, value for money, nice sized apartments. perfect for family stay. Location is super. The apartments are nice and cozy. Specially the aircon was great suiting London's hot weather in June. Cleaning has gone down in the hotel. Breakfast was poor, mainly because of cleaning. I could smell egg on the forks. Apparently not being cleaned properly.

Spacious, clean and everything you would need We got randomly upgraded which was a nice surprise. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a good location as well, right next to the train station. The staff were friendly.

Lovely hotel in a great location Hotel was lovely, in a great location close to the tube station and shops. Food and cocktails were great. Unfortunately the room was unbearably warm and we couldn’t get it to the right temperature. The swimming pool was a bit grubby and could do with a good clean.

Overall, I would recommend and would definitely stay here again. Clean, spacious apartment with available amenities. Comfortable and secure for solo travellers. The apartments really are lovely; great value for money; highly recommended. Car parking - insufficient signage for directions. Access on foot - code did not work. Car park facilities underground, with very little signage to direct people towards the right exit. No one on reception at arrival; waited ten minutes, then someone arrived from the outside of the property and jumped on the reception desk. Dressed very informally; wasn't actually sure he was an employee initially. Pleasant manner but overall, not a very professional welcome. Back office / store door wide open with luggage on show; would not advise leaving luggage here - security is an issue when reception is left unmanned.

Everything from its location to the interior and the welcoming staff were faultless. I would love to come again to stay but having seen the public areas, I imagine the rooms are exceptional also.

Wonderful Highly recommended property. When planning accommodation, location, security and comfort are all important factors to consider. This property excels in all these criteria. The property is comfortable and conveniently located, only 6 minutes from Canary Wharf by car/bus. The area is safe, although quite congested. The property management is very polite, proactive and very helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay as hassle-free as possible.

Overall everything was satisfactory and we will be looking forward for another stay in the future. Breakfast surpassed the expectations. I would strongly recommend taking breakfast as they got much larger menu covering almost every sphere with deliciousness. Check in and check-out time took longer than expected long que disturbed everyone that too when you're expected to board a flight.

Very good place The staff is amazing! Despite not everybody can speak English, it was not a problem at all. They supported me very much. I cant really complain, but one thing can be improved: letting the travelers know you can buy one ticket only to visit many places and saving a lot of money.
