Great location near the centre, but in a calm neighbourhood. Amazing breakfast, an extremely welcoming and kind host that does not hesitate to go out of his way to accommodate your needs and secure your best experience not only with his facility but also his whole town.

This was the best guest house we stayed in India! The owner, Raj, and his family were very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home and arranged everything for us: train tickets, car reservation, and visits. Raj took the time to explain everything to us with a lot of patience and care. Thanks to him, we had great off the beaten track experience we would not have had otherwise : we got to see fantastic places and meet saddhus. We will keep this a great memory! It is important to mention that the rooms are very clean and comfortable at a very affordable price. We really recommend this place :)

If there is little things you may find annoying (like internet who doesn't reach the room), it doesn't matter and it shouldn't be a negative point when you see the price, the facilities, the family who is really really nice and everything who goes there. We loved it and we slept so good (one of the best sleep we had in India since 4 months). Just go there (except if you're afraid of dogs) 😌😄

Excellent Hotel, great location, clean and big rooms, extremely helpful owners and very cheap! Raj, is helping with everything and so politely, he is organising tours, train tickets, tucktucks, food....whatever you need! Khajurao is a nice quite town to stay a few days...the tempel are all in walking distance from the hotel.

Everything is going to be liked..u will feel like family when u will leave the hotel..this kind of behavior they have.

I liked the behavior of Mr. Ragvar Prajapati the owner of the property..he himself do everything if you need any assistance from him and about rooms it's quite large as well as mattress are too good ..this is a eco friendly home like stay..you will definitely feel really good in this budget.

I asked for a room with a balcony, so I didn't accept the first offer. They readily showed us another one on the ground floor that opened onto the courtyard, and we ended up sleeping in a third room that was upstairs. There was no television in the room, but it was not missing either. We were given hot water on special request in a bucket for washing hair, but in India I didn't expect that hot water be available at all times of the day. Although I asked for an invoice, I didn't receive one, but I wouldn't get accommodation of this quality at this very reasonable price.

A motor rickshaw was waiting for us at the train station and took us to the accommodation at a very reasonable price, which was a pleasant surprise. They welcomed us extremely friendly, they even prepared dinner for us, because we wouldn't have been able to find an open restaurant due to our late arrival. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a large bathroom. Our host was helpful in everything, and his family are really friendly and lovable people. They offered us tea, we got breakfast, they encouraged us to explore the area and showed me how Holi is celebrated. I would like to spend much longer at this accommodation, which is in a quiet environment but close to the center. We had a wonderful time in Khajuraho.

Raj is a very attentive and thoughtful host, passionate about his work and the hidden gems that his country provides. The house is clean and safe and room comfortable. Breakfast and chai are homecooked and delicious, there was also an option for tasty lunch or dinner on demand. Raj organised interesting and insightful daytrips and also helped me with other travel arrangements. Nothing beats the hospitality and the price performance of this place - highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay in Karma Hostel. Everybody there took good care of us, always trying to keep us as comfortable as possible! Especially Raj is a knowledgeable and caring guy, who can organize anything you need - tuk-tuks, tours, food etc. Thanks for everything!

The wifi wasn't working due to heavy rain all day when I was there but that was just temporary.

Nice big clean rooms. The room they put me in was brand new and had a large bathroom. Easy walking distance to the east and west groups of temples. Also the price was very good.

The room could have been a bit cleaner.

The host is fantastic. The rooms are nice. The hotel is located a bit away from the noise, in a quiet neighborhood, five minutes away from shops and restaurants. The breakfast was quite good too.
