The Location, facilities, hosts everything was kind of amazing. Away from chaos. Couldn't get much time to spend here but whatever we did, it was great.

The Wifi was very weak and didn't work in some of the rooms. Some rooms state that they have a private balcony but all the balconies are actually shared. The hostel is outside of central Kasol and you need a taxi or a bus to get there.

The accommodation of Yogesh & Medini was exceptional. We felt right at home, them attending every request we had with a smile. The place is secluded and beautiful, the view from the room is just amazing. The food was great and Buddy the house dog is the king (: The rooms were big and clean. A lovely stay next to Kasol, good value for money. A home away from home.

I like the hostel it was nice place to chill out and make new friends. Host is great (Rohit Bhai). Enjoyed the food served with such mesmerizing taste. Overall love my trip because of hostel leave worries, sit with strangers enjoyed the air.

The hostel is nestled among the mountains, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The hostel was clean, comfortable, with ample storage space and cozy linens. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The communal areas are perfect for meeting fellow travelers and sharing stories of adventure. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the food is delicious and plentiful. But what truly sets this hostel apart is its sense of community and connection to nature. It's the perfect base for exploring the mountains, and the staff's knowledge and passion for the area are invaluable.

The hostel is located at a good location, the staff and caretaker are very friendly. The dorm was peaceful with comfortable bed. The food was delicious too specially the aloo paratha. Perfect place for escaping from fast paced life and enjoying quiet peaceful life.

Better water pressure in the shower would be nicer, also the flushing of toilet didn't work buuut water buckets were at disposal.

Kasol Hostel is a perfect place if you want to explore Malana village, it has a very chill and peaceful location. Our private room for affordable prices offered amazing views over the mountains. The vibes in the hostel were also very positive. And I really connected to Medni and Yogesh who took great care of us, always making sure we were fed and comfortable!! Medni even prepared special non-spicy meals for me, sooo grateful !! Thanks for everything 🙏

I liked the location of the hostel and the view from the hostel. It’s about a kilometer away from Dunkhara Bus Stop so it gives you a chance to travel to and fro from the Kasol Market and enjoy the scenery, or for an enthusiast, a good peaceful walk back from the market. It’s around 8km from the Kasol Market, so it will take around 2-3 hours to walk. But there will be plenty of Tea Stalls and time for you to grab a snack or sit for a while.
