I did a late check-in and the staff who did the check in was curt, which was not nice. And the reception folks kept asking which room we were staying in when would come back from meals.. Found it irritating. Rest of the staff were awesome including Monu the cat.

The location of the hotel and the room we booked was very nice. The service was very prompt for any request like towels etc. Breakfast was brilliant.

The room clean but very small, the noise at night or in the morning.

The roof-top and terrasse, the quality and quantity of the breakfast buffet, the kindness of the staff (especially the doorman of the building and the breakfast teams !), the season decoration, the events at the hotel, the location of the hotel in a safe area and closed to many touristic places in mumbai.

The most disappointing aspect for me was the size of the room. When the room is advertised as a "Luxury Room," I really did expect it to be bigger. It was a bit too tight in the room for my liking especially with a Queen-sized bed. I stayed for 10 days and while I did have to be out a lot, it would have been nice to have more space to store things and also do exercises/yoga in the room. I think the term "Luxury" is a bit farfetched. I was happy that I had a table and a couple of chairs in the room, but it would have been nice if it was more of desk and chairs were a bit more comfortable, especially for people who need to work or are traveling for business. I quickly got over the size of the room and had a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Sitting upstairs on the terrace and having breakfast was a great way to start the day. I love the variety of food, which meant that I could have something different every morning. The location for me was perfect and was in a safe area. I found it quiet central in the sense that I could easily go visit friends in South Mumbai and the Suburbs, and as well get to all my appointments on time and without hassle. The staff made me feel at home and I didn't have to ask twice for anything. They responded immediately to my requests. I slept very well because the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was clean!

I landed from an international flight & am used to a certain size of room. The rooms are very small, you need reverse gear to get out of the bathroom which is all fine. The part that really troubled me was the shower, at this price, one expects a good shower that too after a long flight. The water is a trickle & the mixer isn't working well, so it gets too hot or too cold etc.

Excellent location & the staff make the hotel, they are too good. Breakfast was also excellent. Small things made a difference: for instance a customer tried to tip individually but the staff put it in the common box. Some specially abled people have been employed just to give them a sense of purpose. I would go back here for sure

Although the room was great, we were unfortunate to have room facing the main road - and man was it noisy. We weren't able to leave the window opened. Make sure you ask for rooms that are not facing the main road, we noticed other rooms were much much quieter. The price was a little on the high side, but worth it!

Excellent breakfast selections, love that food are hot and freshly made home cooked local cuisine from the kitchen. Love all the little complimentary snacks and customer service was great! Excellent location to train station and bus stops, taxi easily hailed at front of hotel. Room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights, truly enjoyed it.

the noisiest place I ever stayed in. staff yelling up & down the stairwell. walls paper thin. cleaning staff dragging chairs around in the rooms above your head. . Cost alot more than what was quoted. I was paying $150.00 a night. outrageous. I have to go back 2 more times but found a nicer place for less. fridge never worked & you dont get a hair dryer.

very cute boutique hotel , great resturants within walking distance, bank right next door. free breakfast was ok, foot massage fabulous.
