Value for money The restaurant attached to the Hotel Kewal named as Hotel Five Elements has a wonderful taste.The hotel premises are well maintained and completely hygienic. The staff is very polite and very well dressed. The service is great as well.

In 2018 I had been to Hotel Utsav now revamped/redeveloped/renamed to Hotel Keval and I see a lot of changes since then. The rooms are well done, facilities up to the mark & staff are Courteous. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

There is no cleanliness. they do show you the room before you check in but they don't give you an option to opt for another room..the room was not at all maintained, no cleanliness. There was a fan missing and thy dint want to do anything about it. Moreover the ac was not upto the mark, even after calling the reception,.no housekeeping was assigned. The bathroom glass vents had one missing they jus put a newspaper piece there. We asked for a late check out by 30mins as there were 2 senior citizens and one toddler, it was denied. The next day when we checked out and sat in the lobby we were told by the person on duty that the hotel is not full and our request fr a late check out should have been considered, overall not a good.experience but for proximity of church I would recommend but on your own terms.

The rooms are spacious. They allow non veg food to be delivered even though thy don't serve it.

They charged Rs1 extra in the bill.... haha... not an issue though.

Absolute value for money, the room was clean comfortable, hot water was available,decent breakfast, garden, parking available. Couldn't have asked for more in this price range!

Staff had no interaction etiquette . Bed linen was dirty, had to get it changed after check - in The elevator was way too slow as of 1980,s, desperately need an upgrade. The towels and bathroom amenity needs an upgrade , not of the standard as the room tariff.

1) They should anticipate that travellers will come earlier then check in time and should have some common room or area where guest can feel comfortable after a long journey instead of waiting till 4-5 hours for check-in time. 2) Food menu is expensive but quality is good. Also the portion of food is not standardized. For same food item ordered at different time it comes in different quantity.If food is adequately priced, it will ensure that guest take meals inside hotel else they can get better deal at proper restaurant outside.

Hotel was fairly priced for a family suite consisting of two rooms It was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous. It is not a fancy as per current standards but has furniture, feel and decor of 90's. At current price of 2.5k-3k it offers tremendous value for money for family of 4. I would definitely recommend it to family who is coming for a spritual tourism spending more time in temples in nashik than the hotel.

They only take care of marriage functions and didn’t care about customers who stay in their hotel…staff also rude and don’t know how to talk

Property was excellent and seamless transaction in and out . Staff are very good and polite. Specially we have book very short notice and receptionist was excellent.

Cleanliness could have been a little better. But they are renovating the place so maybe this will improve after that. The breakfast wasn't good.

The food was excellent. The breakfast was below average though. The other options at the restaurant were very good and the staff were very kind and helpful.
