We reached early before checkin time and were immediately given the room. Staff was courteous.Food was scrumptious and à la carte had good quantity. Buffet spread was good. Shuttle service to the temple is an advantage. We would prefer to stay there every time we visit Shirdi.

The pick-up and Drop facility to Temple is completely waste. They don't provide it to the mian gate no. 1 of the Temple. Everybody needs to enter from gate no. 1. What is the use of the waiting time and service if from the pick-up drop point you have to hire another vehicle to reach to gate no. 1?

I visited the same place in July of 2019. The management was different I think, the rooms were very good and comfortable. This time: 1) There were no chairs in the room. 2) The TV was never working. 3) The bathroom was flooded with water after a bath - the drain was bad, thus resulting in a slippery floor. 4)An additional sofa turn bed was provided for the third person. It was uncomfortable and gave back ache. 5) Wifi connection codes need to be always changed, once leaving the premises. 6) There was a foul smell in the ventilation of the rooms. 7) Room cleaning was not up to the mark. It was the minimum done. The staff did their best. But I got a feeling that the amenities were just not enough.

1) The services were very fast and the staff was very polite. 2) The staff provided everything we asked for and were very approachable. 3) The hotel pick up and drop at the temple is very convenient. 4) Food is the best in Shirdi.

The gift store inside the hotel had a lot of idols, toys etc. but it was understandably very expensive. They could have had a few other items other than gifts since there were no other shops nearby for any incidentals that the hotel may not be able to support.

Excellent hotel to stay as a family. Rightly priced and the buffet options were exceptional. Their customer service was top notch. Staff were polite, understood our needs. They even had kids play area, magic show etc. so it was a good shift for kids to spend time on what they wanted.

Few suggestions for improvement . The sofa was soiled and stained so it would be nice to change the fabric of the sofa . Suggestion is the bathroom ventilation is not enough ,it was a little smelly and linen provided ( towels and bedsheets ) looked over used and stained . They need a change .

The resturant was good. The staff was very friendly . Mr Rinku, Mr Arvind and Mr Niklesh thank you so much for your hospitality! Thank you for your excellent service and delicious food. It was truly remarkable. The hotel was okay location ,was away from busy street but not very far from the temple . They had free shuttle to temple . Helpful staff. The room very okay . The hotel shop was amazing very helpful staff . I got a few things from them , good quatily and reasonable. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and amazing garden to seat in the evening . There was free magic show , balloon shooting and artist to make potrait. There was a kids indoor playarea. Over all it was good stay just the basic up keep of the rooms is needed to make it a perfect hotel to stay .

Nothing, everything was great and we will go back.

The hotel was awesome, we arrived just as they were moving all the beds to brand new spring mattresses, we got them to do our room and they had it done in 1 hour. It was amazing, the hotel staff always there to help all the time. So much choice of food, if you needed a break from the Indian spicy specialities, there was macaroni cheese and many other Western dishes. Try the fresh squeezed water melon juice or mango, completely natural just juice. Honestly, I could go on and on.... Location, 100 meters of the main road so no constant beeping. 25 - 30 minutes walk to Sai Baba Temple, we did it almost every morning. Or 5 minutes by rickshaw, approx 50 to 100 rupees (50p to £1). The hotel has a shuttle as well but we wanted to walk and be adventurous.

Room was not clean as the hotel named as 4-star hotel. Most of the corners has dust and looks like motel. It was not worth for 800 also. Sink, floor, dustbin (they might have got it from dumpyard), mirror, bathroom door all are not clean . Not sure how/why it's still showing in booking.com. I had a lot of expectations on the quality hotels in your site but I regret choosing this hotel for 5700 INR and also your site too. I recommend my friends to not go with this hotel and maybe your site too. Please treat us like normal humans and don't think that we can stay in anyplace with no clean/maintenance.

Make sure while guest check in before go and check all amenities are good and mainly i have stayed in 609 tv is completely not working.only entertainment is tv so.plz do it.

Nice place with Lawn but they have to improve to control mosquitos.they have well set hi tea counter in lawn.well maintain restaurant Mr guru is well hospitalised person.overall from check in to check out its good. they even provide drop service to temple all drivers are well professional and on time.

The whole experience from the time I checked in till the minute I checked out was fantastic. Absolutely loved the staff, food, room, and everything the place had to offer. I would definitely recommend to have your stay Temple tree.

it says renovated but despite multiple attempts the toilet flush did not do the intended job. the staff did not entertain the request for twin bed despite readiness to pay extra as I booked through booking.com. the hotel vehicles to Temple need some kind of queuing/token as guest end up arguing on priority.
