No water kettle or glasses in the room, no wardrobe to store luggage, no char or tables to eat, we had to eat sitting on the bed

Room infra is very bad, where we stayed. They said that you can upgrade your room means to add some more amounts. Not satisfied with this reply. As we have booked this room very earlier. Blankets were got not clean , looks used .

Outer part of room is fine . looks heritage property but some old broken furniture and infra looks awkward. Property need to check on this part. Otherwise its a beautiful heritage property and represents Pink city 100%. First time , got good hospitality from staff. Very attentive no doubt but Room is not as expected. Food price is quite reasonable. felt good about this. although booked very earlier instead got this room...loose wiring , wall was managed by wooden ply...to hide seepage.

The pictures of the hotel on Booking.com are very flattering. The place is very beautiful, but just a bit rundown. We didnt think we got the "grand" experience that we were expecting, but also the hotel was nice and staff was friendly. I think some fresh paint would do this place wonders. Also when we checked in they gave us used "disposable" slippers to use inside our room, and one pair of big flip flops? As we were checking in, the gentleman checking us in interrupted our interaction to talk with a family that was coming into the hotel (who I assume were also guests and had checked in previously and had a question for him). This was frustrating, because we had just been traveling for 4 hours from Agra, and all he and I had to do was swipe my credit card so that I could check into my room (all other info had been collected); and I was tired and unwell and really just wanted to lay down. I would have appreciated if he had concluded our transaction so we could go relax, but maybe he didnt know how long the conversation with the other guest would go before pausing our payment.

We indulged in room service while we were here and it was delightful! I had a thali both mornings for breakfast, and we ate on the terrace. Often we were alone, but there were other families/couples there from time to time. The outside of the hotel is absolutely stunning, and the courtyard is beautiful. There was even a photoshoot in the courtyard at one point with a model, and it completely made sense since it was so beautiful. The elevator was a plus with all of our bags. The location was easily accessible from the train station, which is how we arrived to Jaipur. But also we could easily find anemenities that we needed like pharmacy and convenience stores.

Staff mostly don't speak english, so was a really hard. Bed making sound. Old house smell. Shampoo provided seemed like hand wash soap.

I can’t complain all our complaints were turned into positives.

The breakfast took way too long after ordering , hence we only ate breakfast there by once At first we were extremely unhappy with the Krishna palace, manager refused to let us cancel but in saying that we agreed to stay as he said he would rectify all our complaints ….. he did ! Which turned us around! Definitely worth recommending the Krishna palace! The sheets n towels were clean he provided tea n coffee making facilities cleaned our rooms daily and gave extra blankets n pillows! Thsnk you Krishna palace

Even though the service was very good the staff seemed miffed about it and did not provide the feeling of hospitability. They could be more courtious and provide service with a smile. The hotel is so traditionally rajasthani but the attitude of staff needs improvement living up to the welcoming culture of rajasthan "padharo mahre desh"

Location is very good and quiet and ample and safe parking. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and stunningly traditional.

The first night was too noisy because we were located opposite the kitchen. Bit thankfully the management moved us to a quieter room the next night.

Strong need for management as it was disappointing for lack of maintenance and a total let down on room service and restaurant. So sad that they did not know what the cleanliness means and customer relationships for the future of their business.

The location price and the Rajasthani decor was all great. they have some elegant furniture and a great potential for upgrading their standards.

unfortunately it looks and feels like its been abandoned 15 years ago or buldingsite that has not been finished... Barbed wire on balcony, cement piles in corridores, no windowglass in bathroom, almost got doves to visit me. Electric wires from the wall reminding that there could be or that there was ac... dirty feeling everywhere. would not go again, or maybe after 5 years to see how renovation is going on...

building itself is cool, has a huge potential. personnel in reception is somewhat professional, (especially young fellow who was also cracking fireworks on the street) others are not aware that this is customer care job in hotel... lot of work to do in cleaniness for my surprise it had hot water in shower, cause of old shower head shower was making whole room wet, but hot water was unexpected plus.
