The hotel is in a quiet part of town. It is one of the most beautiful heritage hotels in that part of the city. I always sleep there. Their food is good and the prices are reasonable.

The hotel was beautiful and worthy of palace being in its name. There's a great open atrium - a photo shoot took place while we were there! Our room has a whole sitting area.

This is the hotel I have been coming to for more than 5 years. Recently, I have been bringing my tourists here as well. I love them all very much, the owners, the reception staff - they are all very kind and do everything to make me feel comfortable. The room service is excellent, the food is always fresh and deliciously prepared.

It was nothing like the picture and the cleanliness was zero. We had to book another hotel as this was not a liveable place. We lost our money as they never refunded us. I would rate zero in everything.

I book the hotel for 3 nights but I stayed only for 2. Hotel looks good only from outside, when you're in the room then you will see the dirty and cheapness. I am attaching the image's.

Hospitality was so good. We stayed for 4 days and didn't have any issues which itself is a big green flag.

This was not an Hotel, it was more like an Ashram. The owners did not provide in room tea, coffee or hot water preparation facility. To obtain hot water we had to order through reception and could not get drinking hot water before 7:30 am or after 10:30 pm. Rooms were cold and draughty, Rooms are dated and dirty, furniture has not been cleaned for months and this was evident from the dust marks on them, wall paints inside room has spit and other marks. Bathrooms were mouldy and extractor fans did not operate. Pillows had multiple stains which owners tried hiding by putting two pillow covers. It was also evident that owners did not care of gusset wellbeing and comfort because they do not provide proper sleeping facility to their own staff, they were sleeping on floors in reception and hotel corridors.

Hot water in bathroom and bathroom sink and the service provided by 2 kitchen staff was the only positive of this Hotel. Well decorated from outside.

The interior and exterior are impressive. staff are very friendly and helpful. Vegetarian dishes are available in the hotel restaurant. A bit cold inside in January.

Horrible staff; they were very rude. Cleanliness was a huge issue- the entire room was dusty! There was an army of cockroaches in what was supposed to be a bathroom. The room was not secure as the window facing the street could not lock and was jammed open. Worst of all, when we asked for a refund after seeing the state of the accommodation, the staff was rude and absolutely in denial despite having photographs of all the insects in the room. “Insects are not a good enough reason to refund” is all we got from them. This is a scam.

We were welcomed as family and had a fantastic stay at the Krishna Palace. Would highly recommend this as an affordable place to stay in Jaipur. Lots of tuk tuks around to take you where you wanted to go! The building was beautiful, and fully handpainted which was very impressive. Staying here felt magical and the renovations the team are doing will make it even better! Thank you Harsh and everyone else, we will return!
