The staff is kind but the guy at the reception had an attitude, which is typical in India, but not really appropriate for foreign tourist since it can make you feel unconfortable. What I mean by that is asking a lot of question about money, like "How much money did you change? At which exchange rate? With me it would have been cheaper" or like "Ok the early check-in costs half the price of the room." "Thank you but we won't do it" "Ok for you I can make it cheaper", or insisting in selling tours in the city, or insisting on paying the rooms at the check-in instead of the check-out etc. etc. Also the Wi-Fi didn't work properly at the time of our stay

The hotel is okay, it is located in an area with many other hotels. Since Delhi is very big, this area is not far from the north (old city) and not far from the south (other touristic sites over there) so overall the position is good. The rooms are nice too.

cleanliness of the room and bathroom. water tap, tub, soap holder, closet cleanliness, basic facilities all are not up to the mark. safety of the room. windows are vulnerable and no lock at all.

Nasty and smells . Need to put more effort in cleaning that can make sick guests. With allergies to insects plus dirty towels

Dirty towels , bed sheets dirty. Bathroom with mold and dirty toilet with smell don’t scrub the toilets in years.. the clean on the floors dirty. Really disappointed because booking confirmed my reservation an all..but when I arrived to the hotel they dont have any room for me. So They gave a a small room disgusting with flies and insects

Thjey clean lobby and wash lobby windows every day, but room is dirty. There was plenty of old cheving gums behind bed, and dust and dirt. Window was broken and had tape on it. I had trouble to order taxi and asked help from personnel, but they didn't wanted to help me to cauch taxi.

Wifi works. There is juice vendor and fruit vendor and small shops and restaurants around. You can go 100 meters to big road and have taxi easily.

Firstly the room is not clean.the bedsheets and comforter is dirty, only one towel is provided which is also dirty, stains are there on it. The bathroom is not too good. It is not value for money.

Room photos which was displayed on booking.com website are not not matching at all. The Reception was hesitate to give GST bill even though I have paid my taxes during online booking. He just gave advance receipt which is not acceptable in any case it creates situation of tax scam by hotel staff. The restaurant bills also not provided. I never seen any hotel which demands me GST number for my personal trip. So @ booking.com should reverify their system for future bookings.

Hot water 24 hrs available with hotel , Close to New Delhi railway station , Fit for business trip as it is close to Domestic airports. Food is ok. Housekeeping and restaurant staff is polite.

First thing first, The wifi!!! I had no privilege of data cuz getting a sim was and is a disaster, for foreigners like me, who doesn't require a visa to travel to India. So hotels should provide a good range of data. Secondly, at the time of checkout, one staff from the reception actually manipulated me saying we were given 2 DELUXE rooms even if I had booked 2 normal rooms. As per him, they upgraded because we were tourists and he made me pay EXTRA, without asking us. If that was the case, they should've told this the very first day! What was that, seriously! . Also, from nowhere the rooms looked like BIG deluxe rooms. So basically I ended up paying extra than what was shown in the online for the same rooms.

The location was quite easy, I mean every cab drivers would know if I just mention the hotel's name. Beds are comfy, breakfast was good. Bathrooms are nice too!

Upon arrival, they tried to offer us a worse room than the one we reserved. When checking out, they wanted to pay again for the already paid stay and that in a rather indiscriminate way. Be very careful when choosing this accommodation
