from room to room service everything was bad . staff response were very bad not acceptable. photos and in reality are not at all ok..

- painting smell in the room - blanket not clean - toilet no hot water / they need to fix for 1 hour everyday - no heater available. Very cold in winter - toilet sink is disgusting

Room: look well arranged and clean in some parts. But, it's just recently renovated or painted because painting smell is so strong. I can't open the window as well as hotel doesn't have any heater and it's too cold to open the windows, plus Delhi is too polluted. It's the worst idea to open the window to take the painting smell out. So I ended up wearing a face mask the whole stay in the room Toilet: no hot water (in my room, other room may works, as I read reviews before booking and other rooms maybe fine) make sure your room has hot water running properly, if not, ask them to change your room before it's too messy. Sink is little bit disgusting. I have to lookover the mold and some sh't to be able to brush my teeth without feeling like throwing up Service: staff are responsive and very helpful. They got me fast check in, help me with my bags. I got problem with hot water, they come fixing quick after I called. Waited for about 1 hour to make them fix hot water every single day. On check out day, staff helping me looking for rickshaw early in the morning. Very good service. 👍 hardly to find good service in India, but Hotel Krishna staff has done a good job on this. Location: good enough, I only take 15 mins to walk from hotel to Delhi metro (on my broken leg from motorbike accident), Or 20 mins walk from Connaught Place to hotel. Has local market just 10 mins walk from hotel.. can get cheap&delicious food out there. 8 mins walk to liquor shop 👍👍👍

The room was spacious, very clean and neat and quiet by Delhi standards - I don't think my sleep was interrupted once. Located five minutes walk from new delhi railway station.

During booking it was shown that we will be getting baat tub as well but when we checked in the hotel they told us that it is not available.

- shower didn’t work in one of the bathrooms we had (we had 2 and the other one was working fine - Bathrooms definitely require renovation - You can order a breakfast… but it’s very mediocre - it’s better to eat something outside

- Very good location - walking distance to train station - Helpful staff - they booked flight tickets for us - Rooms basic but pretty decent (of course in comparison to other locations in India) - Terrace on the roof… very noisy, dirty and dark at night… but we spent nice evening there

We booked a triple room but were denied the room when we checked in. They provided an extra bed in a double room but charged us for the triple room. The extra bed was not usable, the room was not clean enough, and basic amenities such as toilet paper were not provided even after request.

bed sheets and pillows had stains on them. on a busy street so a little noisy, but the soundproofing does help and it’s not too bad.

Very unprofessional people, for every question they have no as answer, comforter was torn, washroom towel was very old. No slippers for washroom, blower was not working, receptionist was very lethargic.he doesn't care about the customer, support staff has irritating walky talky with full volume they disturb with that every moment. Support staff was shouting in the corridor at 4 am, which woke me up. Very unprofessional team

I stayed at Hotel Krishna for one night and I was very pleased with the accommodations. The room was large and clean and the staff was very polite. The price was also very affordable. I would definitely stay here again.. I was very pleased with the accommodations. The breakfast was also very good. The location was great, too. Highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel twice, both on arrival and departure from Delhi. On my first stay 16th August, despite extensive communication with staff for pickup, I was left stranded in the airport for almost an hour before I ended up taking a taxi on my own. Yet still I was willing to give a second try, and stay a second time. This time despite extensive communication via phone, text and repeatedly informing staff several times about need for taxi on check out, I was told at checkout they were not informed. Clearly there is no drive to customer service or communication. This establishment has potential to do very well. please invest in proper staff training in hospitality.

The bathroom definitely lack of maintenance, we had even mushrooms growing inside !!!!. The bed sheet didn't look clean (old sheets) and the lock of the door was not working. There is a general lack of maintenance of the hotel. it could be a very good hotel with more care. They also wanted us to pay by cash only, which we refused and we finally paid via UPI.

The room was large and the staff was nice and we had good food. The lobby is attractive and they dealt with our check-in very fast. The bed was large with a good mattress. We had a good online price.

Room was not clean, dirty sheets, toilets where worn out but working. The hotel travel person did not pick us up at the Airport and refused our calls. We had to arrange a taxi at our expense. The excuse was wrong gate. We decided to arrange everything ours sells. As this person tried to tell us how bad the area was and he could arrange everything for use, he wanted 400 rupees for a 20 rupee trip.

Booked based on reviews but regretted it after checking in !!! Bed linens stained, old and smelly, no TV, an extremely dirty bathroom mat, noisy fan, no drinking water provided, no soap rack in bathroom, a wardrobe that can’t be opened due to extreme foul smell, extremely impolite counter/reception staff( one person only, rest of the staff very polite and courteous), kettle provided but no tea/coffee kits
