IndiaThe service at the reception was very poor. Whenever I had a query, either the answer was confused or it was rude. Also the room was very tiny and it felt very suffocated. I would recommend to have a bathroom mat instead of a towel.

New ZealandThey took us to a room with an existing guest initially. Gave us our room after 5 mts of wait. Room given for us had the door which could be opened with manual key which was a bit difficult .
Good location next to the bus terminal. Bathroom is neat with separate shower and toilet. Toilet had a sanitized tag. Toiletries were provided even though we had to ask for an extra towel for the 2nd person.

IndiaI didn't like the hotel stay . It was so uncomfortable. Ants in the bed and mosquitoes in the room. Bathroom was untidy with broken wall. The phone was not working had to go downstairs to contact reception. The reception employees were not cooperative Very busy talking on their phone and house keeping staff was good they tried their best to change the bed cover for us We checked in late at 11 and due to the ants we slept at 1300 . I requested them to change the room next day as we went out and when we returned at 1030 still new was not ready it took another 2 hours to shift. Made my stay worthless . Will not recommend for others

IndiaKeeping in mind the brand name of KTDC coupled with the importance of a prime location, the facilities (such as sofas, beds, upgradation of bathroom) should have been upgraded. Even the main door doesn't have a proper key. Linens are very old and not at all usable. Towels have too much chlorine smell.

The hotel staff are very good and polite; they also give very good service within the timeline. Note: The value of money for food is really very high; the cost is not important; the quantity of food is very low; an order for beef fries costs Rs-300 plus tax. When I am about to eat the same beef fry, not even 100 grams,I am very disappointed about this. To the management or general manager. IndiaI had booked the room from 8th to 10th and I had informed the Hotel that I would reach there on 9th morning for check in. Inspite of check in the next day, Room was not ready when I went and I was made to wait for almost 1 hour. This means they had allotted the room I booked to some one else for short period and made money.
