Although close to the main road and beach, it's a calm place (if there are not too many israeli groups...) with lots of space around and trees that make shadow and keep cool. Even with hot water (that I need sometimes) Compared to e.g. Arambol super calm and cool Didn't had to pay daily, that was great as I had visa card issues

We were there 5 nights so it would have been nice to have a change of sheets and towels. Also although sounds petty first toilet roll was free thereafter a charge considering the room rate this was annoying?

The mature gardens and balconies of the huts were great for relaxing. Location excellent 2 mins from beach, shops and restaurants.

It can be noisy in the evening. Reception was just in front of our room, which was sometimes disturbing.

The managers/owners were not able to provide good prices. Laundry and taxis through them was more expensive then I was able to organise independently. A shame you can’t rely on your hosts to give you fair prices. Air con not great in the afternoon. Bathroom very wet constantly, no window or fan in there.

Amazing location. So close to great restaurants and the beach. Cute little huts, nice balcony. Good wifi. Pretty good value for money. Owners were friendly and flexible.

I want to complain about this place and get my money back. I booked in advance through Booking for three nights. I arrived at 130 at night, The room was very old and dirty. I could not take a shower because there was no flow of water from the shower and it was also cold. In the morning, the air conditioner didn't work either. I explained to the host Lekto that I wanted to leave, he threatened me that I could not leave without paying him for 3 nights. I am a solo traveler, a woman, and I was worried. I felt threatened and I stayed for another 2 nights in disgraceful conditions. The host shouted at me in the reception center, in front of other travelers, shamed me and said I was a problematic customer. The experience was shocking!!! I would like to receive a refund, as well as to warn other travelers against coming to the place. Please update me as soon as possible.

Lovely chilled place right next to the beach in a beautiful tranquil tropical garden. Lovely and quiet with the only sound at night the crashing of the waves on the beach, oh and the occasional dog barking - but this is Goa :).

Very dirty rooms and bathrooms with lots of webs and insects around. ON name of cleaning only floor is mopped. AC do not work and even no fan speed and fan is without regulator. Even after complaining owner gave excuse for AC saying voltage fluctuation and disturbance in one of phase. We left hotel and stayed to nearby better place were there were no as such issues. Only worth if you have budget issue and travelling as friend or students. Not suitable for family with small children. Avoid.
