Location is wonderful, next to a beautiful lake and possibility to walk around it. The hotel is new and therefore modern and things were working well.

The bill which was given is not proper, gave another rooms bill on check out. Although i also noticed after left from hotel, this types of mistake should not happened.

The room/apartment was spacious very clean and had everything I needed, including cutlery, hot plate, pots and pans and everything needed to cook your own meals if you wanted. The guys organized a meal for me on my first night, gave me advise on where to go and places to eat. When I left they had recommendations on places to stop along my route. Very very nice place, and the guys were just great.

Nothing, the hotel was what I has expected and was well looked after.

Hotel was clean, the staff were very happy to help. The restaurant meals were good and I thought the whole place was value for money. My room was small, but very comfortable, I'm a solo, traveler so don't need much space. A nice comfortable armchair in the room was appreciated, shower was good and hot was great.

The Location Is Superb. It is so peaceful and calm. Kankaria Lake is just beside it and you can walk into it and have quick walk. Staff is so polite and helpful. Must visit and stay. Metro is just 2 km away. All transportation is also very easily accessible.

The only USB socket was in the router behind the tv. But, there was an adaptor at the Reception desk for UK plugs. Fresh fruit was in short supply, apart from watermelon. There was no fresh fruit juice as advertised on the menu. No breakfast cereal (such as oats, porridge, flakes or meusli) is offered, but white bread or toast is. During my stay, there was no toilet paper in the washroom near Reception and the restaurant.

My suite on the top floor, reached by a modern lift, had excellent air conditioning options and quiet overhead fans. There was complimentary bottled drinking water with tea and coffee making facilities. Everything in the bathroom worked, with used bath towels replenished daily. Overall cleanliness was to a high standard. The food that I tried was all delicious (though choices were limited by supply). Staff were all very helpful and I would definitely stay there again, if attending an event on that side of the city, again.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, there is a beautiful lake nearby, and you can enjoy morning/evening walks. The staff is very helpful, maintains cleanliness, and the receptionist is very understanding. Breakfast is very decent, and some food items on the food menu are also very good such as khichdi, stuff parantha, panner, lime soda, and roti. Once I had to check out early morning (06:30 am) and they were very kind to provide me with cereal, milk, and bread. I have stayed there twice already and recommend staying there with family or alone, it is very safe. It is worth the price.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

There was a conflict regarding the payment but atlast i paid the amount mentioned during my booking.

The Room fairly matches all the amenities that you expect in a luxurious hotel. The cleanliness, room service, staff services are smooth.
