BelgiumWe had to request several things, like to switch on thee electricity,, can we have towels, how do we.get warm water. (we.dis.not ask for toilet paper but there was none)... The staff and owner are responsive bu not seeming to enjoy their work.

IndiaThe beds, which were too soft and springy, as I'm not used to that. Home food is available, but its super expensive and the quantity is way very little, especially when its claimed to be buffet. We ended up getting food ordered from Leh Market.
Hotel was just a walk away from the main Leh Market and still it was away from the busy noisy street. The rooms were spacious and very well kept. Staff were friendly and approachable, especially Subhash the helping hand, who is always with a bright smile on his face.

SingaporeOwner was rude and cheated. Refused to accept change of dates claiming he will have a penalty. But upon checking with Booking.com, there was no penalty. No WiFi and no fan in the room despite informing several times. Owner keeps raising his voice and refused to listen or accommodate.

IndiaAllotted different room. when I booked for an balcony view room on first floor and that what’s it showed in pictures but they gave different room and told this view also good. Food is cosy ( for bread and tea it’s cosy compared to other Leh guest houses) if I got the same room I would given rating 7 but giving 1 for the disappointment.
