It was a very cozy and homely stay. The owners were amazing to us and shanti didi (househelp) has been very kind, hospitable and generous to us. The food was amazing and even the portion of the food was quite good. I would recommend everybody to choose this homestay over any other hotel options with the same price range. It is an amazing option for a staycation as well, the view from the property is very nice and overall vibe is very peaceful and homely.

Our search for a place to stay in Nainital ended the moment we read the glowing reviews of this homestay—an impressive 9.4 out of 10 from 114 guests! And rightly so.... We were warmly welcomed by the hosts, a lovely and gracious couple. Check-in was super quick and seamless. The moment we stepped inside, we were ushered into a spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed room. The view from the terrace was simply stunning—a panoramic sight of Naini Lake surrounded by lush green mountains. The location is ideal, with Mall Road and the lake just a 10-minute walk away. While returning from Mall Road, scooter transport is available right up to the homestay. This is especially helpful for those who may find walking difficult, as the property is located uphill Most importantly, the hosts genuinely care about their guests' comfort. In fact, even though it meant a loss of revenue for them, they thoughtfully suggested we check out a day earlier and stay closer to our next destination to avoid a long and tiring journey. Truly, hospitality at its best!

The hostess was very warm, kind, and welcoming. Very helpful. We were served freshly made meals and chai. Nice location. Conveniently close to the hustle and bustle but away enough to be peaceful and also with a great view of the valley and the lake.

This place is clean, spacious and very comfortable with great view of the lake. The wifi was great for work. Really Good food- I had breakfast and dinner. But the best part is the family who runs it and especially Meha, the daughter that was so friendly and helpful with really anything I needed, including recommendations about activities and finding for me the best rate for taxi and even giving me gloves just because I told her I was planning to buy ones for the cold. I highly recommend this place, a real home away from home.

My husband found the bed a little hard to start off with but then we got used to it. It is a steep walk up the hill but the exercise was good for us!!!

It is located above the town so is peaceful with great views. The family who run the place are lovely. Clean, abundant hot water. The room service food is excellent.

I have 0 complaints about the stay. But just to warn other customers, there are a lot of monkeys here, so do not leave your doors open unattended. The place is on a hill, so those not accustomed to driving on such terrain must be careful if they are driving on their own. The roads are narrow, there is no parking space.

Great view of Nainital lake from outside the room. All the facilities were available, good double bed, inverter connected lights, geyser, etc. The hosts make breakfast on demand. It was very tasty. They provided a very warm and safe atmosphere, together with their dog Sniper. Felt totally at home here. It's very peaceful and perfect location for a glimpse into the local culture. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fulfilling stay at Nainital. The hosts shared contact of trustworthy taxi drivers and recommended good places around where I visited. Overall, very wholesome experience. I wish to come here again.
